I was helped with by Tempest, she was very accommodating and helpful. I was in a time crunch and she was able to get everything done within that time frame and answered every annoying question I had. I was switching carriers and she stayed on the phone with me until after 8pm making sure I kept my same number. She was a great help and I’m really happy with the decision to switch to Verizon because of her.
