Came in to setup a business account and outfit my team with IPADS to run smooth and efficiently, Maracus in the Cartersville store was awesome to work with , and took care of everything I needed from start to finish! Even had to jump through a couple extra hoops since it was for a new small business and he still got it done for me! AND SAVED ME A TON OF MONEY. He will be my businesses go-to for absolutely anything mobile!
The two men in there and they both have a beard they both are the rudest most disgusting people I have ever met. They offer no solutions only smartass comments. Just go to the one in Rome. I have been going to the one in Rome for 10 years no issues. 10 minutes there and made want to leave Verizon after 20+ years. If you suck at dealing with people don’t work costumer service.
I needed to get my phone service switched to the same provider as my husband's. We were assisted by Jesse. He provided us with outstanding customer service from start to finish. He assisted me with getting a new phone and switching my services from T-Mobile to Verizon. He explained the details of our plan, expected upcoming charges, and was incredibly patient! Will definitely be back!
