My employee visited this Verizon store to be added as an administrator on our Verizon Business account. Verizon required my approval through a verification text message, which I provided. After that transaction, my business account authority was altered. Jason helped our family upgrade our iPhones. We also gave us great deals on streaming services and my husband received a new iPad at no additional cost! He provided excellent service and was upgrading all three of our phones at the same time so we could complete the upgrade/transfers quicker. Go to the store at 1208 S. Clearview Pkwy and ask for Jason. You will not be disappointed!
They are literally a great staff. Always patient and helpful. Verizon needs to recognize these associates in this store because honestly, this kind of customer service is RARE!
