They are literally a great staff. Always patient and helpful. Verizon needs to recognize these associates in this store because honestly, this kind of customer service is RARE!
The people are great. It's the system I have a problem with. I am never able to recover all my data. It's one reason or another.
Awful, poorly run store. I've been with Verizon for 20 years and love the (cell) service. But getting service in this store is like pulling teeth. I've been here many times because it's convenient and close to my house. But I've spent 2 hours here before buying a phone. Recently came in and quit after 30 minutes of waiting. We were on the list, and one person was being helped, while four other employees stood there looking at their phones.
