SCAMMERS. DO NOT TRUST. I went in this past Monday because my phone was broken. I ended up working with Jared, who seemed very nice and helpful. I was told almost immediately that they couldn’t fix this problem (despite the sign on the front door that said “BROKEN PHONE? COME ON IN!”) but I decided to just get a new phone since I had had the broken one for nearly six years. Donnell needs to learn some better customer service skills and to not be so dismissive of a customer’s legitimate concerns and complaints. The same issue that he couldn’t resolve in store due to his either laziness, stupidity, or combination of the two was resolved perfectly to my satisfaction when I called customer service. I’m going to be sticking with Verizon as a new customer, but it would be a smart decision to move on from having him employed by y’all. I value good customer service, and Donnell obviously does not. I will never come to this store or even refer anyone here . This is supposed to be the corporate store and they are very unprofessional. This is my second time coming to this store and had a bad experience. I walked trying to get a new account and to release a line. The two guys, the older bald guy and the younger guy with dreads was just standing there looking. They did not get up or speak.
