I want to take the time to thank the hard work and dedication of Ka-Ron and Matthew Austin. They went above and beyond to assist me in ensuring that my grandmother was able to receive her first smartphone. She was very pleased and joyful being able to communicate and connect with her loved ones. My employee visited this Verizon store to be added as an administrator on our Verizon Business account. Verizon required my approval through a verification text message, which I provided. After that transaction, my business account authority was altered.
