Came in to switch phone over. They were very personable, kind and professional
Went to a Verizon store today and as always nothing got resolved and I left frustrated. An email address of mine is tied to a Verizon account that is not mine. They told me there’s nothing they can do even though I showed them the emails that I’m receiving that show the last few digits of the account number the last four of the phone number They can’t locate the account. I just got off the phn w a gentleman by the name of Brennan. This guy is amazing! He did everything he cld to help me out. After an unauthorized deduction from my bank accnt of 825.00 this guy was a big help. No the money did not get returned yet, but a simple bill request and me being so upset, his kindness & him not sayingNO to me like the others did and telling me I want to help you (MEANS THE WORLD).
