I just got off the phn w a gentleman by the name of Brennan. This guy is amazing! He did everything he cld to help me out. After an unauthorized deduction from my bank accnt of 825.00 this guy was a big help. Miles and Andre helped us this morning after Memorial Day. The store itself was busy, though they managed everyone, and my experience was pleasant. Thank you for the help.
Miles at this location opened a line under my profile and added every single add on he could without my knowledge. I have been having an ongoing issue with Verizon for the past 3 months dealing with bill adjustments and removing unwanted line and unwanted add ons. This customer rep is deceiving. Do not go here. They will do whatever they want to your account without going over anything just to make their sales quota.
