Only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of the rep Montgomery. I ordered a phone and never got a call from the store to tell me my phone arrived. I called several times and spoke to various people who kept telling me my phone wasn’t there. Today luckily I spoke with Montgomery who went the extra mile to search and find my phone and informed me that my phone had arrived. He assisted me with other purchases as well. He provided such great service and experience. If you want great service ask for Montgomery.
