I have had an issue with an order for literally months with confirmations that the item never shipped, and I came to this store for help. They said they could not do anything about it even though they saw notes, and I brought evidence confirming this. This is either the most disjointed service I've ever seen, or it is simply employees choosing not to assist or intervene.
Is a really bad service I call in for a phone they told me that they have a few available I have to drive 1/2 hour for them to tell me that they did have any only especial orders
I just left Verizon store in Watsonville & I see why everyone is leaving Verizon! The customer service was awful& rude and anything u want to do w your account you lose the grandfather account status,what a joke!
Came in to buy a phone and they don’t have any for sale no I phone no android no other company it’s lame how a big company can’t keep up
