There’s a semi-blonde-haired, light skin, chubby woman who works there and is very rude to customers. She was treating a man badly with unnecessary aggressive attitude before helping me. When she did help me, she added things to my account that I later discovered on my bill — things I didn’t ask for or want.
Representative was very helpful did more than expected and then some
Very efficient service customer friendly
So much difficulty just to transfer an existing Verizon consumer line to a business plan. Visited the Verizon store twice, between both visits I spent 7+hours trying to transfer. Still have had not success. Calls to customer service continue to drop and cannot connect with someone who is able to complete the transfer. The associates can’t do much on their end. This has been the worst experience with Verizon.
