The guy with the glasses was rude when i interacted with him. I asked for some help and I received unhelpful responses. I was hoping an employee could provide answers, and instead I got a narcissistic response and behavior from the employee.
There’s a semi-blonde-haired, light skin, chubby woman who works there and is very rude to customers. She was treating a man badly with unnecessary aggressive attitude before helping me. When she did help me, she added things to my account that I later discovered on my bill — things I didn’t ask for or want.
Representative was very helpful did more than expected and then some
