So after many interactions with both the Store employees here in d’iberville International Indian call centers (worthless and can’t help) . My girlfriend is on a call now and they say there are ZERO NOTEs in her file. So the store MGR and employees were lying OR THEIR system is antiquated. Either way when OUR separate contracts Are over? Going to Tmobile. Even if Tmobile is terrible, at least I’ll pay 1/2 of what I pay now.

This is a VERY UNFRIENDLY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THEREBIS. left there went to the Verizon store that wasn't a corporate store....WONDERFUL...NO PROBLEM AND HAD MY PHONE UP IN 1 HOUR!!!
