They were able to fix the problem in about 20 minutes with professionalism and respect. They even pointed out a couple features I didn't know about
Got what I need done with no problem
On 5/29/25 I purchased an orbic hotspot from this location. Upon trying to reload data and not being able to I located my nearest Verizon. After looking up the imei on the device the worker let me know that I was marked as a non payer & my plan isn’t even out yet. Also, they locked the sim and now my hotspot is useless as I would have to buy a brand new one. Beware of buying a prepaid hotspot from this location. I was scammed. The link I was given below to file a complaint doesn’t work either
