We had to go to the Verizon store in Hamilton Marketplace since my text notifications disappeared over night. Brittany the manager was our technician. She was extremely pleasant and professional the entire time. It took some time to figure out the root cause, but she was determined to fix it and couldn't do enought for us. She was great to work with & is an asset to your team!

Worst center ever with terrible service. They can't fix any issue and they wanted me to contact Verizon center to address the issue.
My wife and I recently came in to the Verizon in the Hamilton Marketplace for new phones and iPads. We were quickly greeted by Arrafi Fields who took care of us the entire time we were there. He was great to work with! In less than an hour, he walked us through all of our various options including new phones, new iPads, and finding us a plan that would fit our lifestyle and price point.
