We had a great experience at this Verizon and we worked with Malcolm. We actually didn’t expect the visit to be easy but Malcolm was really nice, calm and knowledgeable. Also the shop was busy but they addressed every customer politely and gave everyone an idea of timing. I’d recommend!
I am so disappointed with Verizon. We tried to upgrade our phones a few years ago. They sent the phone but we never received them. Someone else signed for them. We called back and they opened a new account and closed the old one. Apparently they never closed it for the phones so fast forward we are in collections for phones we never received. We called numerous times got the run around and were told numerous times it was fixed. Today I go into the store to upgrade the phones and first the guy didn’t really seem interested in... read more
