Terrible service. We checked in and waited for over 30 minutes. The technicians finished assisting other customers, but instead of helping those who were waiting, they went inside and left us unattended. The lack of communication and attention to customers was very disappointing
Today I have received the best service in this store. Bill was amazing, very patient, knowledgeable and kind. I wish all customer service representatives were like him. Five stars!!
The people at this store are some of the most down to earth, practical, and professional people! I've been in the store three times and each time they listened to what you were interested in and suggested the most practical options. Kyani was especially outstanding - we went through an almost 2 hour ordeal trying to transfer a number from a family member's prepaid plan to our family plan. Came in during the month of May to get a new phone because my husband's phone got run over. Wanted to pay of the road kill phone and get a new one. We were led to believe it would be cheaper to continue making the payments (with the promotional credit) on the road kill phone and get a new line and add the new phone to that. Now my bill is almost $100 higher and they changed plans on other lines (which negates the promotional credit for my phone) and added perks we didn't ask for.
