Very bad customer service.. went there to upgrade my phone and i asked the guy about all the options and he told me there is only one option is to upgrade to the highest plan in order to get any offer which is not true.. plus he wanted to charge extra $100 to get the 256GB which is also not true and also he wanted to force me to get the protection plan which i didn’t want then he goes it doesn’t look like you wanna make a deal today and i can’t help you get the phone without you buying the insurance , you can just get the ph... read more

I had an issue that was created by a return that was processed incorrectly. I went in to ask for help and they were very dismissive and told me to call customer service because there wasn’t anything they could do to help. However a 2nd Verizon store (independent location) was able to help me get everything cleared up and resolved. I don’t normally write reviews but was very disappointed in the lack of customer service being that this is a corporate store.

Absolutely amazing service. I was having trouble transferring a number from customer service, after two days with no success I went into the store. Brittany S. was very helpful and patient in communicating with customer service to get the line transferred.

Asked to have our account looked up and told they don't do that in a rude manor. Also told us we didn't purchase or have our internet installed by them. Went to another Verizon and they were much more helpful. They were able to look up our account just fine. Which leads me to believe this man didn't want to do his job.
