My wife and I recently came in to the Verizon in the Hamilton Marketplace for new phones and iPads. We were quickly greeted by Arrafi Fields who took care of us the entire time we were there. He was great to work with! In less than an hour, he walked us through all of our various options including new phones, new iPads, and finding us a plan that would fit our lifestyle and price point. The assistant manager is Luca. He is absolutely the best. I highly recommend him. He spent so mych time fixing my phone and my account. 10 stars!!!!
Extremely poor service. Corporate complaint filed, corporate was able to resolve my issue but I will never return to this location and caution anyone who is thinking about going here. If you want to be treated like you are beneath the staff and have them attempt to overcharge you even when you are explicitly clear about what you want then this is the store for you.
