Leon (asst. manager) and Brittany (manager) were so incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. If all retail stores were run by people like them, the world would seriously be a better place. Thank you for all your help!!!!!

Very poor customer service: I was very disappointed in the total lack of service. I had an appointment and waited at least 10 minutes for an acknowledgment I was there and then was told I would be checked in shortly. Another 10 minutes nothing. Finally another women came over and asked if I was being helped. Then I was told they do it so the battery replacement there it is two door a down. No apology no nothing. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 15 years. Time to think about changing my service.

Bad customer service. told me I could not set up my service on my old iPhone. Called support the day after and they said it was fine. Definitely the worst service needs to be someone there who knows what to do so people don’t waste their time.
