Luke at this Verizon store went above and beyond for us. We came in after struggling to activate our eSIM, it wouldn't work no matter what we tried, and Verizon's phone support couldn't resolve it either. Luke stuck with the problem and stayed well past his shift until everything was working. That kind of dedication is rare. I purchased a new iPhone 17 by calling Verizon Sales directly, when the new iPhone arrived and after having been told I'd have no issues transferring and activating the new phone..WRONG!! I spent the entire day online attempting to do just that. After six transfers to Level 2 Tech Support and assorted AI chats, neither my iPhone 17 nor the old 13 worked. This review is very overdue but I had an issue with switching plans and a broken phone. Went to my local Verizon store, spent HOURS on the phone with customer service and ended up finally getting it resolved at this store thanks to Tori. Best Verizon employee I’ve personally dealt with. Tori stuck with us and navigated a complicated frustrating issue with grace. I didn’t realize there is a difference between a Verizon retail store and a corporate store but Hamilton Verizon came to the rescue.
Had a huge run round with Verizon 800#. Went here. Got honest answers and really great service!! Thank you!
Shame on Verizon. What was a simple upgrade turned into a massive ordeal that is STILL NOT FIXED, literally MONTHS later. Multiple phone calls that were HOURS long, multiple store visits with zero success. It forced me to go to Xfinity Mobile and sign up with them as Verizon put my phones in SOS mode and neither the store or the customer service line could resolve the issue.
