Dont come here they have no respect for anything and they dont know how service
Absolutely amazing service. I was having trouble transferring a number from customer service, after two days with no success I went into the store. Brittany S. was very helpful and patient in communicating with customer service to get the line transferred.
Asked to have our account looked up and told they don't do that in a rude manor. Also told us we didn't purchase or have our internet installed by them. Went to another Verizon and they were much more helpful. They were able to look up our account just fine. Which leads me to believe this man didn't want to do his job.
Jessie was super helpful.
After dealing with Verizon on the phone for 2 hours which they had technical issues. They made a deal which never happened. Went here to pickup the phones. Verizon still didn't release the order. Tori grabbed a hold of the whole deal and made it happen. She knows what she is doing. Went back the next day to transfer all the information from old phones to new phones which Arrafi handle this. Again he knows what he is doing also. Thanks to both of you.
