Firstly I’d like to say Tenesha Mays was incredible with her dedication, responsibility and commitment, she helped me through my time here at waycross and my family into trading our phones. She had no frustration and was not overwhelming. If you really need help go to tenesha!! She was great. Overall everyone else was around for help.
I went to get help with phone charging port,was told get new phone basically, with very little effort,not sure if they were correct yet
Worst store to come too,,, I was the only one there I needed help with my son’s iPhone they gave me 100 reasons why they couldn’t help me, the one gentleman that was there was laughing at me because I didn’t know much about iPhones and suggested me to go watch YouTube, very unprofessional, I went to Brunswick and they fixed my problem within 30 minutes,, definitely will not go to waycross store again
