So disappointed with this store and it's customer care. After being on the phone for 2 1/2 hours to get help with a new phone activation and # transfer I was told go to this store I needed a new sims card . This store is in another town 45 mins a way. My daughter took the phone the first time they would help her it wasn't authorized on my contract. So two days later we went back again we got there at 5:30 only to be told their system was down calling back periodically to see if system was up until closing. l never received a... read more
My experience there was amazing. I went in to just get an idea about how much 4 lines and new phones would cost. The GM Torris said he would give me the phones and activate the line for $10.00 that he would pay. Chris set up the whole thing. Thank you all so much!!!
I'd give 0 stars if i was able to. Verizon in Waycross..do better. Your customer service is the WORST. I cannot deal with the laziness and the unwillingness to help. I'LL go to the Brunswick store next time. For SURE
