Stopped in the store to just see what I could do after being at T-Mobile for a while. Ended up walking out with a iPhone 17 pro max and a cheaper plan

I came into the store for advice about my phone, and the employee Paige went above and beyond in not only answering my questions but spending time and attention to making sure I left completely happy. What a great experience! Thank you so much!
The verizon representative lied to me about my phone cost and plan pricing, they added a service I specifically did not request. All of this had to be straightened out later with additional visits to the store and calls to customer service. I regret going back to Verizon because even with trying to straighten things out, my bill is still higher than I was told. This is why I left verizon the first time...poor customer service at store.
