Several hours spent problem still not solved, even after purchasing an Apple iPhone.Disappointing and stressful.
Slow service. David doesn't seem to be able to do anything without consulting the manager. At one point 5 staff members at the desk with one customer while 6 customers waiting to be helped. Looks like they need to train their staff better.
We were having a problem getting an extra line added, and Adrian was just absolutely amazing, got me my phone at way less down than even expected, and was very understanding .I will not be going to any Verizon store other than this one, and Adrian is definitely the go to man!
Nice professional and courteous staff. Helped me with all my questions and needs.
