7 employee working here and only one person authorize for taking care of customer.... too long waiting time... avoid this location
Awful, just awful. Where do they find these people, even the management is nasty and rude. If you have a choice dealing with people online or in this store, deal with the people online. They are unhelpful, and will lie to your face and tell you they can't do things they can to push you back to the people on the phone. I can only guess they are paying low wages, hiring the bottom of the barrel who have no aspirations. Don't put yourself through it.

Lazy! Went in today to this location to get a new phone. After waiting 30 minutes the salesperson informed me that they don't like to deal with business accounts because they take too much time. It's ok to waste my time though right?
