Fraud, complete fraud. Talked me into bringing my business account get free phones. LIE, after moving my account and being told it was 150.00 a month. Took them 3 months to send me a bill and when we logged in kept saying we didn't owe a bill. Once bill came they said r were charged for the first month then my bill was over 400. They did not give us fee phones. Then basically told me to bad we will give you a credit for phones but I still pay 20+ for the phones monthly. Walked in to help my mother with her phone plan and disconnect my grandma off the plan (who hasn’t even charged her phone in years). Was greeted by top 50 salesman (self proclaimed) who proceeded to state he was unable to help disconnect the line but happily charged my 70 yo mother with many additional monthly features that I expressed were not needed.
Great customer service! Friendly and helpful. Just make sure to read all of your paperwork for the fine print.
The guys there were fantastic! The manager was very knowledgeable and his new hire only 30 days new did a great job we with my phone and sevice
