I cracked my phone good thing I had insurance, but I'm a truck driver and I'm out of town. My new phone was sent to my apartment and as soon as it got there they shut off my phone and I'm currently out state driving a semi. I've been bounced around on the phone with customer service for and hour and no one can get my phone turned back on. I'm so sick of this crap with verizon... I can't understand the employees they hire....
Terrible CSR, specifically, the bigger guy that’s been there forever with the beard. It’s like pulling teeth to get a receipt from him, he tries to con you out of your discounts or won’t apply them or not give you a straight answer on pricing. I don’t know how he still has a job there and he’s been there forever.
They told me from the get go that it was gonna be a certain amount and they raised the price like I was gonna be okay with that they ripped me and my wife off and I don't know how VERIZON ppl are getting away with cheating ppl and lying from the git go do not trust them and Verizon is ".
