Want to charge $30 dollars for data transfer to new phone. What a joke. Mother in law has ATT. They did everything for her and her service is better. Don’t waste your time
First time in this particular store and had a great experience. I just needed to return four phones for trade-in credit after purchasing new ones online. Paul greeted me right away and took care of everything in a quick few minutes. So much easier than boxing everything up and sending the phones back myself.
