I received a deal from Verizon to get a new phone and keep my same plan. Went into the store and was helped by Ant. He explained I had to do it on-line and was helpful. Went home and ordered the phone. It was ready to pickup the next day. Went back and was helped by Juan. He was helpful to get my new phone setup and data transfered. Easy setup and on my way. Couldn't have been easier.
just stopped in to pay a bill , and I will have to say the service there was great , wish I had the gentleman`s name that helped my wife and I, I highly recomend this store
Absolutely horrible! The manager was so rude and snippy to me and another Verizon worker on the phone who was trying to help me find my order. Someone teach their manager customer service and do yourself a favor and avoid this store.
This verizon store is ELITE at being the best it can be at customer service. MOE, HAYDEN, AND PAUL do amazing an job at having patience and listening. They truly care about the customer and give recommendations and options. Those three people, highly recommend this store to anyone and or everyone and ask for one of them: HANDS DOWN.
