My phone broke and I was in need of a new one immediately. The Verizon team was very helpful and knowledgeable. I believe i worked with Lindsay. There was no pressure, she showed me a few different options, and I was out of the store with a new phone in less than 30 minutes. It was a great experience!
Today was a great day thanks to manager Antoine and help from Paul. Today I decided to upgrade my phone and was dreading the process of transferring all my data over to a new phone. This Verizon store has gone above and beyond any expectation I ever had of a cell company. Hayden is a customer service master. This sounds exaggerated, but I am serious. He helped my whole family in a difficult transition from another carrier. Even though I am out of town, he patiently talked through the process and seriously went over the top! Hands down best customer service I had in a cellular store after 30 years on a different provider.
There is no issue too big that Hayden from Verizon can't fix. He was confident and patient on fixing my problems. I was so stressed walking in because I thought I lost my phone number completely. He was the most helpful person and worked past the time he was supposed to leave to be able to help me. I cannot recommend him enough he deserves a raise. 11/10 experience working with him.
