Could not have been happier with the service and the knowledge oozing from this location. I specifically want to shout out Tyler, Isaiah, and Steve for their friendliness and attention to details. Upgraded a phone recently from 13 pro max to the newest air model (DO NOT DO IT). The iPhone 17 Air was a disaster of a phone and only lasted about 24 hours with it. We needed to activate a new phone that was replacing one we had lost, but we didn’t know that account PIN. The customer support at this store had the phone activated in no time.

Long wait if no appointment, but impossible to use terrible Verizon menu tree to make appointment. Staff friendly and knowledgable. Prices however are ridiculous. FREE phones are NOT FREE!!
