Tyler helped me with a new phone for my niece which was somewhat a complicated process. I knew what I wanted to do, he’s was supper helped and understood what I needed. We have five Verizon lines. He reviewed my whole account slightly improved my plan etc. Definitely will be going back when I need another device.
No wait time and was very fast and easy. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. Thank you to Robert and Verizon staff !
They added things like phone insurance on the bill when I said I didn't want it and something else like more cloud storage extra 20$ a month luckily I noticed right away and stopped it on myverizon but very sneaky
Two days, 5-6 hours on phone to cancel contract. Was assured twice it was cancelled by Edson in Business sales. Just got invoice for the high amount. Nothing is changed. Waste of time.
I had a disappointing and unproductive visit to a third party Verizon store in Hingham. But, Dave at the Verizon corporate store in Hanover, MA was very helpful in his explanations and also discussed ways to save some money on our bill. Although we had to wait about 15-20 minutes on a busy Sunday, I felt Dave’s expertise and thoughtfulness was worth the wait.
