I had an excellent experience at Verizon. From the moment I walked in, Alyssa was welcoming, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me. Alyssa, Kayla and Lindsey took the time to answer all of my questions, explained my options clearly, and made sure I left completely satisfied. Buyer BEWARE!!! Quoted one price and got billed the first month 3x that amount. Talked to T-Mobile directly and they stated they did not process the change properly. T-Mobile gave me my money back but this store would not do anything for me. Stay away and deal directly with T-Mobile only!!!

I wasn't too happy after finding out that I was told my iPad was upgrade and found someone switched devices over. My phone was the eligible device. I was told that if i wanted to return my newer iPad Pro, they'd wave my restock fee and refund my money. I chose to keep the new iPad and they returned my original iPad. They worked with me but now paying for 2 iPad Pros.. A lot of time wasted. I appreciate them willing to correct their mistake tho. What a horrible experience… I am so glad after leaving this store that I swapped to T-Mobile. They are so much cheaper, offer unlimited hotspot data, and friendlier staff. Verizon likes to add hidden fees to your bill after 60 days, hoping that you wouldn’t notice so be wary of your bill increasing. My 1 star review doesn't just stem from all of what I mentioned above, it stems from the interaction I had with the younger middle eastern/Indian man wearing a dark Verizon shirt.
