I had called the store to ask for some help with the settings on my phone. Was told I needed to come in as soon as possible to have my phone number changed due to the scam calls I was receiving. When I got to the store the women came up to me asked me the issue, I explained everything. She told me to go home and do a factory reset on my phone, offering no assistance to help.
