Good service. Just to expensive
I got lifetime warranty cover for my phone, at time they assembly it and said I was all set. Went in to get it replaced , she was not any help , said I need to register it and go online , ask for replacement , worst service every , paid 59.00 and for what . If phone wasn’t in my daughters name I would be leaving this company.. Sincerely Deb
We came back because our screen was cracked on our phone and the woman couldn't wait to get us out of her face.She Would Not Assist us in any way further. Less than a year of purchase and disrespect.
Kayla was amazing!! We needed help with a phone after making some upgrades and switching lines/devices. She was so patient and helped us log back in to everything after she solved the issue. She even helped with my Disney+ account and called their billing department to make sure I wouldn't be double charged! Excellent customer service!
Terrible phone service. Live in the middle of town, a couple miles away from 3 different locations, and still can’t make a single phone call in my neighborhood. Not a single person there can help or provide any answer.
