What a horrible experience… I am so glad after leaving this store that I swapped to T-Mobile. They are so much cheaper, offer unlimited hotspot data, and friendlier staff. Verizon likes to add hidden fees to your bill after 60 days, hoping that you wouldn’t notice so be wary of your bill increasing. My 1 star review doesn't just stem from all of what I mentioned above, it stems from the interaction I had with the younger middle eastern/Indian man wearing a dark Verizon shirt.
