Always an issue with Verizon no matter what we come in for, the system is beyond flawed and every time we need to adjust the plan or trade in, or even pay our bill it’s a run around! Hoop on hoops to jump through and even after all is said and done we’re told we have to pay more first to get our full trade value! Major scam, should’ve been flagged or notified before allowing to go through with the trade but again Verizon failed us. Not just the company but this location as well! Ridiculous!
I'd give negative stars if I could! It's not the store itself but VERISON PERIOD! I've been an active Verizon member for 5 years! I had a contract with them paying an inconsistent $98/mo every month for 5 years and here's what I mean, theres dribs and drabs of $10-$15 added to my bill making it $110, $108, $103. Even after I paid my phone off, and making automatic payment. A lot of complications with trade in value and my plan after working with these people. The staff at the desk also traded my phone in for a pre owned when I was under the impression that it would be a new phone. I’m now spending hours on the phone with the call center to rectify this issue and return my phone plan to the services and options that o expected when I changed my plan.
Would give this store zero stars if possible. Was there 15 minutes after opening, was registered on entering store. Four people ahead of me including 3 working with service techs when I got there. Waited over an hour and one customer that had shown up a few minutes before I arrived was called ahead of me. Mentioned it to the manager, got zero explanation or apology. Waited another 10 minutes, then left. Avoid this store at all costs. Drive to another town or order online.
