Will definitely be contacting verizon about this store and management of this store. Very unhelpful. Might switch my buissness account from verizon elsewhere based on the poor customer service at this midland store.
If I could give zero stars I could. I went on black friday asking if they had any different deals than what I saw online, the associate who checked me in told me she couldn't help with that and I would have to wait. I patiently waited. They got to me after waiting for awhile, no big deal, it's black friday. The associate had to Google what their deals were, I knew them better from checking online, didn't upsell any of the add on- free watch and tablet with service, I had to ask about them since I heard other associates telli... read more
