I spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service just to be told I would have to wait and call back in 24 hours. Went into the store and within 10 minutes Meredith had my phone working.
This place is soooooo slooooow. The wait for service takes forever not to mention all the employees who stand around and talk doing nothing to help the store full of customers. Still waiting my turn in line watching other customers come in after me and get helped. Guess you gotta know someone to get any service
