1 star is too much. The people that work there are slow they font listen to a word you say and the wait is ridiculous. They are an authorized retailer. I think Verizon corporate should send secret shoppers to these places and revoke licenses. Just my opinion
I've been to Verizon Stores across the nation for assistance and this one here is beyond the worst for assistance. They will check you and then go on breaks after leaving you unattended
Great service
I stopped in at the fortpayne store to pay my bill and change my password & pin because I'm 64 and totally phone dummy. The young was so nice and professional with me helped me with my phone bill but unfortunately was able to do the rest in store from some reason. Verizon if they can take my money he could change my pin for me in store I believe. He was very professional and nice with me.. Thank him very .much I didn't get his name my bad.
Verizon has gone down hill. Changing to a different service provider since Verizon is no longer worth the extra money.
