I am not sure why I bother with Verizon anymore?! I originally chose them 25 years ago because of the "coverage" and for the helpful phone and store support you would get. It's gone from them having a dedicated tech support team in the actual store, to them rolling their eyes when you had a tech question and not a new SALE question, to them charging me a fee before they would even offer to help me, to now, refusing to even look at my phone and tell me to call tech support.
