I downloaded a bug onto my phone. I took it in to them and 5 minutes later they removed it.
i went to get a charger and i had a rude employee yell at me, kept rolling his eyes and spat at me when he yelled whenever i asked a question i am 58 with back pain and a veteran and being treated like a baby is disrespectful his name was christien never go to this store!!
Poor customer service and way to expensive!
Sick and tired of the woman called Jessica that always "helps" me with her fake attitude while thinking she knows better than the manager I tried going in for an explanation on my phone and all she ever talks about is her kids and mocking that I can't upgrade! Sick of it!
