I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Verizon store. While I was there, I witnessed the store manager, Nesha, disciplining and reprimanding employees on the sales floor. Regardless of what the situation was, I don't believe anyone should have to witness employees being disciplined while they're in the store. It made the environment uncomfortable and unprofessional, and it took away from the overall experience. Zac is was truly amazing! He was incredibly helpful in helping my mother picking out a new phone. He helped her find a phone within her needs and budget! He got us an amazing discount and helped set up her phone and transfer everything over. I’d highly recommend this Verizon store. Zac 100% deserves a raise!! #employeeoftheyear

This place is a damn joke I brought my warranty screen in mind you I purchased through Verizon in new caney tx and they want to charge over 40$ to put it on here in liberty tx I said your nuts and that’s insane Verizon your are really starting to get under my skin with all this nickel and dimming crap people might as well move to mvno’s service the same service and by fare way less get it together period
