Shanna was absolutely wonderful! I dropped my phone in the ocean while down here on vacation and was having the worst luck with phone help. She was apologetic for experiences I had elsewhere and more than accommodated us. All the staff there was so patient with the customers and knew several of them by name. I had no success up until going to this store. I was so grateful for the help and patience! Best customer service for sure! New phone, case, screen protector, and camera protector. Thanks Shanna!
