While Kerry was very nice, we were upsold a ton which fine i get it but, I still didn't get what I was looking for. I came in for a new phone and got the galaxy s26ultra. A clean store with nice employees. An employee named Robert provided great customer service and helped me attain a deal on a new phone and tablet without any issues.
Horrible customer service they just lie to you about shipment details.
