I wanted to give a shout out to the assistant manager Nick that works at this facility. I was an unfortunate victim of fraud where someone broke into my phone to assume my identify and purchase several devices under my name. They also activated numerous phone lines and locked me out of my account. I spent two days with Nick and he helped me every step of the way. He was determined to resolve our case before we left. I've had great customer service 2 years ago but their staff changed and current person i saw today was very demeaning and I won't be coming back to this location.
Don’t come here if you need help they never have anyone to help one person to help lots of people you’ll wait 30 min to an hour if not longer and just a door person that stands there and doesn’t help anyone not efficient at all
