I didn’t get my stuff from this story originally, it was a nightmare of an online issue— but the Lakewood Verizon store got my account mostly fixed up and running. They also added a SIM card on for me once and got a number running for me
Lamar was very professional. Great service, friendly and fast.
The lady who helped us was amazing, she said she was from the Midwest or the South, and we had literally the best conversation while she signed us up for their Internet. I will never go back to other providers their 5g home Internet is fantastic and under 100 dollars.
Lakewood location. Managers, I implore you to work with your staff to make sure they know the number one rule in sales, know your product inside and out and be able to explain the features and how they can benefit every unique customer at home, work and play! As a 22 year existing customer I was unimpressed and dissapointed with my experience during my last walkin visit to inquire a about my upgrade options.
