Lakewood location. Managers, I implore you to work with your staff to make sure they know the number one rule in sales, know your product inside and out and be able to explain the features and how they can benefit every unique customer at home, work and play! As a 22 year existing customer I was unimpressed and dissapointed with my experience during my last walkin visit to inquire a about my upgrade options.
Nick is rude and impatient. Caleb did his best to help. Do better, I had to come take my nice review back. Smh
