worst experience ever. came back in to drop off a trade in, didn’t give the quoted value at all when its backend system messed up on the order. previous specialist told me to come back if in 48 hours it wouldn’t auto adjust. new person today said it could take 6 weeks. asked if they could do anything, they wouldn’t and refused. said i need to call support line on my end. how is it that a certified verizon store can’t do anything on their end? make that make sense to me. absolute worst service. terrible customer experience. n... read more
Around 11am on 12/15 - our associate, Dexter, was amazing. No issues at all with his service, even with low stock of the devices we wanted. However, someone should have a talk with whoever was working with him (red beard, poor attitude) because he was acting blatantly racist towards this one lady who walked in looking for help.
