Went in just to drop off phone after upgrading. Both gentlemen were with customers- when one walked away from salesman, still shopping - I informed him I just needed to turn in phone for trade-in. Was told there were just the 2 of them, and they were busy. I bought a new IPhone 17 here just one month ago. The phone failed on its own today. Verizon would only mail me a replacement. The manager would not come out from the back. Absolutely unreal.

Joshua has helped me and my wife on 2 different occasions and has been super helpful, nice, and fast. Hate having to mess with my phone stuff but Joshua and the store made it super easy!
