My husband and I both had a wonderful experience at this Verizon. We initially started the process of our trade-ins at Verizon Madison. Unfortunately, that store has poor management and customer service. We ended up driving from our home in Madison over to the Flowood location where we met a young man named Andrew. Andrew was phenomenal at his job. He instantly was able to figure out the issue that we were attempting to work through.
