The people here are amazing big shout out to jr for going to a different store to grab me and my wife’s phones made the whole experience less stressful on top of an already stressful day yesterday so thank you guys and keep up the good work
I had the absolute worst experience of my cell phone owning life here. The salesman completely scammed me, my bill has never been what I was told. After 13 years, I am going to a different carrier, this was terrible. And customer service was a complete waste of over an hour of my time altogether. Just a complete disappointment all around.
