Wish I could review the store itself and Verizon's policies/pricing separately - the store was clean, the staff was friendly, and our salesperson, Rachel, was very helpful; they had what we were looking for in stock as well. Despite this, the experience with Verizon as a company left us with a bad taste. Their trade-in "offer" would've cost us more every month than it did to just keep our old phones and pay for the new one in installments.
