I would give zero stars if I could. This store is the worst! When I came in they took my name and told me to wait a half hour. I waited an hour and when I asked why they took other people before me, they said they didn't have my name. Then the guy that took my name said someone else must have taken it out, that's pretty pathetic and bad customer service. Do not waste your time going to this store they don't care about the customer.
Amazingly helpful staff. They are willing to listen to your concerns and provide multiple options for a resolution. We made an embarrassing mistake of switching away from Verizon a year ago after 15 years of service, and now, 10 months later, we came crawling back to rejoin the Verizon family. Luckily, I had a gizmo watch I was still paying for on my Verizon account, so now I'm celebrating 16 years!
Place takes forever to get people through. Came here on two separate occasions, and they couldn't solve the problem. Came another time, gave me bad pin,had to come back. Customer service with this company is a joke. Yes, nice employees,but not effective
