Helped closed all fraud accounts and made all right
After I checked in, the employee shouted from the back table while still sitting and asked if I needed help. I stated that I checked in as I took steps towards her and she remained seated the whole time without any effort to stand or walk to meet me. At least she directed to another store that could assist me, which is why two stars was given. And at the next store the employee actually held the door for me. That’s a dramatic difference in customer service.
Franco is the friendliest most knowledgeable staffer I’ve worked with in a long time. Wish I had him on my staff!
