I very rarely leave reviews, but this is deserving. I checked in and waited around for ten minutes right in front of two employees just chatting to each other. I was completely ignored until someone else walked in and the employees proceeded to ask if the other person directly behind me needed help, even though I was already waiting right in front of them. The two associates acted as if I was invisible. Horrible customer experience, would give zero stars of if I could.
An absolutely horrible experience here today. I signed in and waited to be assisted, after 20 mins asked an employee who turned out to be the store supervisor how much longer and his response was...your waiting for an available tech. Continued to wait maybe another 20 and was approached...at the same time Kevin walks right over to a man who had just recently enter the store and began to help him.
