An absolutely horrible experience here today. I signed in and waited to be assisted, after 20 mins asked an employee who turned out to be the store supervisor how much longer and his response was...your waiting for an available tech. Continued to wait maybe another 20 and was approached...at the same time Kevin walks right over to a man who had just recently enter the store and began to help him. From there I m told by the tech that I would need to call customer service myself to have them push an order that I placed myself ... read more
