Hello long time Verizon customer. Read some of the reviews about this location prior to going there. Here’s my take, needed to replace an older simple smart phone. Called to inquire about an appointment and was told it wasn’t necessary.Made it clear upon meeting Alfonzo I merely needed a replacement phone. No upgrade no contract etc. let him know I was in a slight hurry and my phone was literally on life support. Very disrespectful store has workers standing around next to each other and not helping the customers then when asked what you’re here for then tell you that it will be another 20 to 30 minute wait because someone’s in front of you when the store is clearly empty very very poor Customer Service This is not the first time that I’ve had this situation in this particular location. I really dread coming here and Verizon needs to do better.

This review is for Cam, and Cam only. I have been a Verizon customer for 17 years and went into the store as I was having an e-sim issue. My contract is grandfathered in (not the original but from 4+ years ago, when I was last updated my phone) and it seemed best that I replace my phone. I was not picky about which phone to get but was not interested in a $30/month device fee. Most importantly, I wanted to retain my existing plan. Outside there's a big sign that says want Verizon's best 5G Network but when I went inside to the store and spent a lot of time waiting to finally talk to somebody, they said they don't handle internet. They only handle phones. So I wasted a lot of time and I don't understand why outside the store. They have a big sign that says want Verizon's 5G best network
