Employees working here don’t understand the word empathy - don’t park in their parking lot even if all the street parking is gone bc of construction. Wouldn’t suggest this location to my worst enemy
Excellent store. The young lady who helped us was super knowledgeable, helpful, and seemed to be helping everyone in the store with all of their questions. The store is clean, nice location, and the entire staff are friendly.
My photo randomly stopped functioning and I needed to buy a new one. I got help here from Yeraldy who was just lovely. She helped me find a great upgrade and pointed out some missed opportunities to save that my family plan had.
The sales guy offered me a “limited time promotion” where if I added a line for $10, I would get discount on my new phone. The prices he quoted me were completely different than what I was billed. My cellphone bill should have been $150, my reoccurring charges went up to $200 a month. I called the 1800 number and they told me that sometimes the sales people are questionable.
