This review is for Cam, and Cam only. I have been a Verizon customer for 17 years and went into the store as I was having an e-sim issue. My contract is grandfathered in (not the original but from 4+ years ago, when I was last updated my phone) and it seemed best that I replace my phone. Outside there's a big sign that says want Verizon's best 5G Network but when I went inside to the store and spent a lot of time waiting to finally talk to somebody, they said they don't handle internet. They only handle phones. So I wasted a lot of time and I don't understand why outside the store. They have a big sign that says want Verizon's 5G best network

I recently visited Verizon and was assisted by Carlos. He answered all my questions and provided me with specialized service, understanding exactly what I needed. Without a doubt, it was excellent service, and a few days later I can confirm that I received fast, high-quality service from Verizon.

I scheduled an in-store appointment to trade in two iPhones after receiving two upgraded devices by mail. I have two active lines and have been a loyal Verizon customer for 21 years. In the store, I was told in-store assistance to set up the phones would cost $30 per device. To avoid the $60 charge, I attempted to complete the setup myself.
