Thank you Yasmeenah Norman and Taylor Walker for transferring and setting up my new Phone. They were both lovely. I appreciated their proficiency, patience and expertise. It took less time then I thought and I was completely happy when I left. I only go to this Verizon store and this is why!
TJ along with other members of the team have been extremely helpful and supportive. TJ puts the customer first and that speaks volume.
I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years never have I gone into a corporate store that lacked the personable and knowledgeable staff as this one. I went to this one for location convenience. I will travel next time to Pinecrest where I know I will be valued.
