Very friendly staff who were quick and efficient.
Been with Verizon for 20 years. While upgrading my phone last week I feel like I was scammed. They sold me a $60 screen protector because it had a lifetime warranty. That's a lot for a screen protector so I made sure I heard him right by asking " if I break this screen protector you guys replace it?"and the Verizon employee said yes it has a lifetime warranty. This isn’t related to Verizon independence. Verizon makes it very difficult to leave feedback and makes it impossible to have customer concerns addressed. I want to leave so bad (goals 2025). They didn’t even offer any reimbursement or credits for the national outage that happened this month. I called and was taken in circles for almost two hours. The CEO makes 24 million USD or more a year and they can’t help their customers. I know his hair plugs are expensive but you can do something for your so called “loyal customers.” ... read more
Took my phone to the beach and got wet sand stuck in the port of my iPhone. After some failed attempts at home to remove the obstruction, I took it to this Verizon location to see if they could help me out. Many thanks to Greg for getting it done!
