Great experience tonight! Thank you Ken! We walked in very late right before close, and Ken didn’t hesitate at all to help me upgrade two of our phones ! He was swift, kind and paid attn to every detail of our plan! I really appreciate good customer service that I received here today! Thanks again Ken!

Wow, I would love to say that maybe I just got a hold of someone having a bad day, but that would require me speaking with someone. After more than 30 years with Verizon we left, yet we keep getting a bill for a phone number we have never had. But after 180 days and over 4 hours on the phone and being told the our account was taken care of. Nope, we can get this excuse of a company to even pick up the phone during normal business hours.

I had a bad experience in store, called in to get the store manager name and was played with. Heard laughter in the background as if this is a joke. The assistant manager got on the phone, gave me his name but wouldn't give me the store manager name

I was refused service because I declined the optional ~$20/month insurance. I was told to order online and have it shipped, or come back the next day to pick it up. I didn’t understand why they couldn’t complete the purchase while I was already there—another Verizon store handled the same situation with no issues. Felt like unnecessary pressure to add extras.
