I needed my home internet switched. What a mess!! I ended up with 3 boxes!! In trying to return 2 of them, speaking to numerous people on the phone was useless!! We ended up at the Independence store because apparently only certain stores take back equipment. Literally 5 days in trying to rectify the situation we had the pleasure of dealing with Alexa, OR NOT!!! She would only return 1 box and the other had to go to a UPS store. These guys will try and upsell you, part of their job just go in knowing exactly what you want. Originally got offered a 900 doller deal and talked it all the way down to sub 300.
