Uppity, rude employees who aren't actually interested in helping if they're not making commissions. I'll stick with the Shorewood store.
The store associate gave us wrong info on an order so my wife and I went back to the store to get it straightened out and we've been waiting for 20min and put our name down only to have other customers get helped before us that had no appointment. Absolute joke. I was told just to go ahead and cancel my order.
