Awful experience. I went to this store after being told I had to by the Channahon store. The Joliet store called the Channahon store liars (exact verbiage) and said they just did not want to help me. I went to these stores because neither my phone and watch nor my wife's phone and watch are working. I waited over a half hour to be seen by someone to be told they can't help me at all. They charged $5 to print my bill even though they erased my access for my online portal to see my bill when I switched companies. And yes I called customer service first to see if they could email it and they could not
I usually hate going for a new phone because it takes so long. John was an amazing sales man and provided excellent customer service. It didn't take very long to get an upgrade and I was able to come back with questions after the sale and still obtain great customer service. Thank you John!
