Not at all impressed with Verizon. Since they have switched their plans, to scams, I have been thinking of switching carriers. Rafael at this store has solidified my decision. Not only was he demoralizing, he did NOT care at all to lose all 9 of my lines. Not only was he awful to us as customers, he was awful to the amazing Verizon customer service agent I had to call during my visit. If i could give this store a 0 i would. I went to pick up my new phone and the “manager” as he called him self. Rafael basically called me and my aunt stupid and morons. when this guy had NO customer service skills what so ever. he was the most unprofessional manager ever. I called online support and he was even rude to them! he was unbelievable. i am now switching all of my 8 phone lines to a different carrier because of the service i was provided. He should be fired. do better verizon.
