This is a corporate owned store. Their staff are poorly trained. I have traded 3 phones on 3 different occasions and each time they made mistakes. And then I spend huge amounts of time fixing the problems they created. You are better off doing everything online because these people make way too many mistakes. Just went there today 3-12-2025 and now it is 4 times they dropped the ball. Nice phone store.
Would highly recommend this Verizon store. I made changes to my plan and purchased 2 phones with a Verizon agent over the phone. I then needed to exchange one of the phones. I went to my local Verizon store and they told me to call corporate - then corporate told me I needed to go in store - I was going in circles. I walked in and all the associates were with customers so I waited alongside 2 other individuals who were there before me for some time, which is fine. However, another man walked in and a lady immediately rushed to him to check him in, straight up ignoring me. Extremely rude and showcases her lack of awareness of my presence. It should be an associates job to recognize when people come in and greet them, they very clearly do not do that here and have no regard for such things.
The gentleman that was helping us was very rude and condescending to my elderly mother and myself. I'm glad that I was with my mom otherwise he'd try to sell her something she didn't want/need. Needless to say, because of him and this experience. Verizon just lost a loyal customer to a competitor phone company.
