The Store Manager - Gilbert - Treated my daughter (in person) as well as me (via phone)with complete disrespect when we were tying to complete a pickup for an order that was completed at another Verizon store. Additionally, when I connected with Verizon customer care to bring their attention to the matter and get assistance, they attempted to call the store twice and was hung up on as directed by Gilbert (my daughter was there to witness)…and then the agent called my daughters phone to attempt to resolve the issue and he ref... read more

This Verizon store is not the one to go to if you want to know anything about the products they sell. Anything about the operation of your device? They are the most uninformed group of people. The wait time is daunting, they are very slow and unattentive and they do lie about how much things cost once you get your bill, you will have sticker shock. If you want real customer service, do not go here.

Don't bother upgrading devices here. They will lie to you about your Verizon bills final price. When you go to the store to try to take care of it after the first bill is higher than expected, they will tell you its fixed and will take 3 billing cycles for your bill to get adjusted. When you go back to the store after those 3 months because its not fixed, the person who upgraded your devices will not be working there anymore. I have bought several phones from there among other accessories. I was told by Gilbert I would have to call 611 again. At this point I was in tears and I was so discouraged from this experience, I canceled this order all together. I took the unsafe phone after it died to UPS and sent it back. I no longer want the phone and I will never do business at that location. I feel like I was treated like I wasn't worthy of their needed help and service there simply because I purchased to the phone over the phone with Verizon instead ... read more
