Just left the Verizon store and had a phenomenal experience. My Cellular data was not connecting resulting in me, not being able to use my phone. The team here went above and beyond to help fix my needs Julia, Gilbert, and Natasha gave exceptional customer service, didn’t give up until the issue was resolved never showed frustration on their face just smiles. Which is appreciated.
I waited 23 minutes after I checked in - then walked out. While I waited an employee spent the time using a paper cutter while another was actually helping a customer and a 3rd was having a lenghty discussion with either a friend or employee? ABout 3 minutes after I walked out they called but by then it was too late. I'll be shopping around to see if I want to leave verizon (after 25 years) or ????
Useless Verizon Store at Atascosita.7110 Farm to Market 1960 Rd E, Humble, TX 77346. They never wants to help, always putting excuses to you to leave and tell you to call Verizon customer service.
The Store manager Gilbert was completely rude and unprofessional as well as the lady there that is pregnant. I placed an order online they told me my order wasn’t ready even after I confirmed with customer service. I was on the phone with customer service rep as this happened and they can attest as well as the cameras in your store that I did absolutely nothing wrong! I’ve read other reviews and it seems Gilbert just can’t get it right this is not the first complaint. Treat customers better Goofy Gilbert!
The Store Manager - Gilbert - Treated my daughter (in person) as well as me (via phone)with complete disrespect when we were tying to complete a pickup for an order that was completed at another Verizon store.
