Don't bother upgrading devices here. They will lie to you about your Verizon bills final price. When you go to the store to try to take care of it after the first bill is higher than expected, they will tell you its fixed and will take 3 billing cycles for your bill to get adjusted. When you go back to the store after those 3 months because its not fixed, the person who upgraded your devices will not be working there anymore. I have bought several phones from there among other accessories. I was told by Gilbert I would have to call 611 again. At this point I was in tears and I was so discouraged from this experience, I canceled this order all together. I took the unsafe phone after it died to UPS and sent it back. I no longer want the phone and I will never do business at that location. Horrible store. The manager, Dawn was completely unhelpful as soon as I walked in. She acted like I was bothering her. I explained what Verizon customer service told me and she kept shutting me down. Very unprofessional attitude from a manager. Go to Kingwood! Much better service!
