Avoid if you can. They will sell you a phone. That's about it. They have a reason or excuse why they can't do anything else to include: fixing the discount they sold you with the phone, any changes to Fios, disconnecting your Fios or turning your wifi back in when you move (though they sold it to you).
Would love to know how this store thought it made sense to add a new line to my account without my consent as the account owner. Very unethical and essentially illegal.
