Tried to turn in my home internet router and to cancel service and they tell me to go to the upper Marlboro verizon store. I get there, and the upper Marlboro store says to go to clinton or bowie. They have no Idea what theyre talking about. Are they going to at least compensate me on gas for driving to all these different verizon stores? Gas is getting expensive.
On Oct. 4th I visited the company store in Clinton. I did not have an appointment but because I thought my phone had been hacked I anxiously sought help there, and awaited my turn. I was assisted by Shay, a staff member. She patiently listened my concerns, and within 7 minutes, resolved my concerns I also ask her to check my husband's phone, which she patiently did. Thank you, Shay, for your courteous, efficient service.
I came in with my daughter and worked with Kameron , he helped us not only upgrade our phones but gave outstanding customer service and helped explain the benefits and perks we have for being Verizon customers, thanks to him my daughter is off to college with a brand new iPhone with the best deal and also helping me understand more about the Verizon network and keeping in touch with my loved ones with the Verizon family plan perk!
