Verizon Store Hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. This store has a so-called walk-in sign-in system, yet no one acknowledges you when you enter. No greeting. No instructions. No explanation. You’re just left standing there, forced to guess that there’s a sign-in process at all. These people must work for commission because after you spend money they become extremely rude and short. First he lied about the man of WiFi available on the account. They would not set my iPad up and when I asked would there be no mobile data he assured me there would be. It took only a day for the data to run out.
