They didnt help me get one of their phones working and the guy tried to charge $150 just to start a phone that was already delivered to me I just needed help activating it with my old phone number
Often busy but good service and knowledgeable staff
Wasn’t even greeted. Hardly glanced at. Stood there for 30 minutes like I was invisible while 4 employees were there. 2 with customers. 2 doing what looked like something that could possibly have been paused for 2 seconds. As I was leaving this review someone seemed to notice and then cared to ask if I had been checked in. I let him know I was leaving to go to another location. He said, “Cool.”
Surprisingly , the few times that I've gone here in the past week I've been in and out. It seems like they've really stepped up their customer service came!
