Stopped by because of an issue with my phone and received excellent service from Chris G! He was very kind, patient, and understanding of my issue, which he resolved as well.
I want to bring to attention the experience I had with Mr. Collins, the store manager at this Verizon location. Unfortunately, it was one of the most disrespectful and disappointing customer interactions I’ve ever had. I followed the proper process and signed in, waiting patiently for my turn. One star is extremely generous! I have had this atrocious service for less than a year and have been miserable the entire time. The service in the Bowie area is garbage! My phone is constantly stuck in SOS! Verizon is also very expensive to be providing such crai service! I hate that I switched from AT&T!!!
Verizon's data coverage in the Bowie, Mitchellville and wider Prince George's County area is unreliable with SEVERAL dead zones with NO coverage. The company's customer support protocol is frustrating. Instead of addressing potential network problems, they repeatedly guide customers through device-specific troubleshooting steps like resetting the phone. This process is time-consuming and unhelpful.
