Verizon Store Hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. This store has a so-called walk-in sign-in system, yet no one acknowledges you when you enter. No greeting. No instructions. No explanation. You’re just left standing there, forced to guess that there’s a sign-in process at all. These people must work for commission because after you spend money they become extremely rude and short. First he lied about the man of WiFi available on the account. They would not set my iPad up and when I asked would there be no mobile data he assured me there would be. It took only a day for the data to run out. Received excellent customer service at the Bowie Verizon store today! While at the store, the problem with connecting my old tracker with new phone was also resolved! Tech was patience and professional! Thanks!

Very disgusting with the performance by this location. The in store experience when a user purchases a phone is start to finish. Meaning, purchase, activate, import existing data and verify then send the user home. Telling a user the "find my phone" (stolen) is not available is just LAZY. It took 2 min to log into Samsung account and guess what all the contacts & content stored online started to migrate back to the new device.
