Service so bad my phone wont work nearly everywhere and maybe in 2 spots I would get wifi switching back to T-Mobile
Slow is not the word man. 3 reps in the store and none of them come to you to see what you need when you walk through the door. They don't multitask. I'm just returning a home router. Why does it need to take 30 minutes before I'm handled as a customer. It's a simple drop off. This location has always been slow.
I visited the Verizon store @ the Bowie Town Center just to drop off two, old phones as we had upgraded. I signed in behind an elderly gentleman; it appeared that all the associates were busy. After about 20-30 minutes, a young lady walks in, bypasses check in; however, a young man appears from the back and assists her right away, even after another associate advised her that there were two people ahead of her but he had added her to the queue. This location should have a designated seating area for guests who are waiting. The Bowie location only had two chairs, which were being sat in by other guests. My 30-minute wait ended up being uncomfortable because of the lack of available seating. The Verizon store in Gambrills had chairs and a bench, and I think that the Bowie location should have the same.
