The staff member, Taylor, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. She displayed the best customer service to not only my mother and me, but she made sure to greet and acknowledge every customer that walked through the door. She made my store visit an easy one. She was awesome!
Absolutely horrible service. Our Verizon worker did not introduce himself at all and did not have a name tag. Then, I explained how I wanted to get off my family plan to make a personal plan. I asked why he needed pictures of my ID for us to just learn about plans, and he didn’t answer. He just proceeded. Then, he claimed that I needed to pay 124 usd for a plan. We came in just to look at plans and some guy who claims his name is “Kevin” literally refused to help us. He kept telling us to go online. He then asked for our social security number and tried to do a credit check and sign us up for an account without even telling us he was starting an account. Weirdest interaction ever
I had a great experience at the Verizon store in Bowie, Maryland. Elaine provided exceptional customer service, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions with tremendous patience. She was friendly, personable, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for Elaine if you visit this location!
Based on my experiences here, it seems like they try to get a one over on older clients, on people who don’t know much, or have nobody around them helping. My grandpa has been with Verizon for way too long only for him to be constantly met with shady things surrounding the bill. This isn’t accusations, just so we’re clear, but he has been up to this place multiple times all for them to constantly just mislead, advert the topic, etc. They’ve even told him once that he hasn’t paid the bill, yet he has quite literally been char... read more
