I had such a great experience at the Verizon store on Brodie. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful, patient, and made the whole process of getting my new iPhone really easy. They took the time to clearly explain the costs so I fully understood everything before signing. The staff went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I left feeling confident with my new phone. It was a smooth and genuinely pleasant experience… thank you to the whole team!

Paul Campos and grant were not honest about the bad service our older cell phones were getting with Verizon after getting new phones the service was unchanged. turns out that they sold us older 4 g plan We were promised 5 g lots of bells,whistles and percks. Had a business plan with t-mobil. Canceled that, don't like being decieved. Verizon service is shotty at best.

I wish I could leave 0 star review. This location has the worst employees out of anyone of them. I’ve been to. They are completely incompetent, rude and judgmental. They almost cost me an extra $300 because they don’t know how to do their jobs and give the incorrect information. Thankfully, when I called the helpline, which is a pain to get to. The representative on the phone fixed the issue that I had and I don’t have to pay that money now. Don’t go to that store and ask them for anything.
