I came into the Sonora store to trade out my phone I just got a new one and it wasn't working. I was told that this was now an authorized dealer and I would have to drive up and back 3 hours to Modesto to complete this. But an Angel came named Angelica from the Lodi store and made everything right. I was crazy upset and frustrated. 5 minutes from walking out and taking my whole family to At&t. Absolutely the worst!! Charged my account a restocking fee for a phone I didn't even buy. I paid the full phone off and then puts em on a installment plan I didn't agree on.
These guys helped me so much I can't believe it! Maria is amazing!!! Everyone in the store is so wonderful but she especially helped me today and I just want to say thank you so so much! I don't deserve such kind people, thank you in the bottom of my heart
