What a nightmare the past month has been. The local store is staffed with incompetent under trained people who either don't give a crap or honestly dont know how to do their job, They screw up simple changes and lose phone numbers, have no idea how to resolve the simplest issues, have the communication skills of a mute and the worst part is that they don't seem to give a shit. After LOSING my husbands phone number when he ordered a new phone and not being able to tell us how or why, because not one person in the entire company could figure it out, he canceled his account all together. Then he got a bill after he canceled I am switching my service. Verizon, do better! I'm now without a phone for a spell and here's why Dec 4th I went to my local Verizon store ordered a new plan with a new phone. They told me my new phone would arrive Dec 8th. I was very excited. December 6th my current phone was disconnected from service. Wait! What? I had not received my new phone yet.
