Outstanding Customer Support From Travis Today! In some to most cases our service issues can really be our fault. Verizon gives us the alerts they give us the tools and we have to be accountable for any issues caused on our behalf. Travis helped me so much fix a problem I created with grace. I really appreciate the help I received today!

As always, they did not even attempt to help me solve my problem. I don’t even know what the point is for being open. I had my phone stolen out of town and had to go get a new one so I have PAID Verizon for a new phone. They did not set it up where I got it so I’m working with minimal service. They said here at this location they could set it up for an ADDITIONAL $29 on top of already paying Verizon. But then they couldn’t spare anyone to do the set up even though 3 people were working and the store was empty. At least this ... read more
Terrible customer service they promise you so many promotions and when it comes to your first bill none is applied. DO NOT COME HERE! When you ask for help they just tell you to call customer service. DONT SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE
