If I could give zero stars I would. The store had a very heavy atmosphere and staff were not inviting Travis and Jessica were not helpful at all and had no initiative to solve my problem.
Shawn was the biggest help and did everything in his power to help me out with my account. He was professional and efficient. Thanks for awesome service!
Don’t let Seth help you, he cuts corners and lies. I had to go to a other Verizon because he messed up on account and switched the numbers of all my phones.
