As always, they did not even attempt to help me solve my problem. I don’t even know what the point is for being open. I had my phone stolen out of town and had to go get a new one so I have PAID Verizon for a new phone. They did not set it up where I got it so I’m working with minimal service. They said here at this location they could set it up for an ADDITIONAL $29 on top of already paying Verizon. But then they couldn’t spare anyone to do the set up even though 3 people were working and the store was empty. At least this ... read more
Terrible customer service they promise you so many promotions and when it comes to your first bill none is applied. DO NOT COME HERE! When you ask for help they just tell you to call customer service. DONT SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE
Sean did an awesome job. He patiently stayed for 38 minutes after closing time to ensure that my device was fixed and even arranged for me to get a free replacement. Employees like that are hard to find. Thank you.
