I had a terrible experience at this Verizon store. The person who helped me activated the plan he wanted, not the one I asked for even though I repeated it three times. I specifically requested the Unlimited Ultimate plan, but he activated the Welcome Unlimited instead. He also told me he had ordered my iPhone 17 Pro Max and even confirmed a delivery date, but by the end of the day, no order was ever placed. I need the actual number to the store I need to ask a question for the store not phone customer service
I made the mistake of not checking if this was a corporate store or an authorized reseller, it’s the latter. This store is self-interested, not customer focused, and will cross you for a commission check. Rick, do better.
Got the answers I needed and service was extremely prompt the staff was very attentive and patient
