Omar at Verizon on Lakeshore in Oakland has made a difficult and challenging purchase for us easy, user friendly and enjoyable. This store is the most ridiculous I've ever seen. It doesn't help you at all. I went there, spent 3 hours waiting for help and nothing. The manager doesn't help you at all. I don't know why, but it's the most ridiculous I've ever seen.

I had a great service experience here! The store was busy but I had an appointment, so staff checked in with me and fixed me up with a new SIM card. Thank you Shaakira! Verizon service representatives online weren’t able to help me, so I’m thankful there was a physical location I could go to.
