Horrible customers service, employees are rude and not helpful
Carlos was an amazing help, this was my first time purchasing anything with Verizon, and he made it a great experience, He was very informative and answered all of my many questions with patience and great customer service. Very satisfied with the service.
Probably the worst company I’ve dealt with in the past 20 years. Not even a customer any more and I’m standing at their shop right now while I’m battling a charge they’re threatening to send to collections I never authorized. Horrible service and the store smells like mildew.
