I left charger and cable at home. The staff here was tremendous!
Steve at the Verizon store on Airport blvd in Ukiah Ca. was awesome! He was friendly, competent and patient when dealing with an issue that I've been trying to resolve for some time. We need more real people (not bots) like Steve to assist customers that need extra help.
Steve treated me so respectfully, and this was especially appreciated since i am very old and do not have technology in my dna. He helped me with my problems and taught me new things.
Steve was the bomb. Really appreciated his service
