Just recently had Verizon order me 5 de-activated SIM cards for my Intercom Customers. Brandon told me the lines would be suspended until I needed each one for my customer. Well, it's a month later and my bill has increased several hundred dollars. I was lied to and all of the lines were active and not suspended. Now when I call his number in his email signature it's not his, I woke some woman up from sleeping and it wasn't even Verizon. I'm moving to another company unfortunately. I walked in to a corporate Verizon store in Ukiah as I recently bought phones for my grandchildren in South Dakota and still needed a little tweaking on The Guardian side of the plan. And they refuse to help me, they told me to ask chatgpt.

Went into the store and spoke with Steve. He is the most unhelpful person I’ve come across with any store I’ve ever been in. I told him about the issues I’m having with my phone. He asked if I called customer support. I told him yes I did and I needed a person to help me. He proceeded to tell me he didn’t go to technical school and can’t help me. Quite rudely I might add. I left the store with more issues than I started with because I couldn’t get any help.
