Seems to be a very consistent thing now with Verizon. If you don’t know or do t care just say that. We have gotten the run around from both Reps on the phone to reps in the stores. We went into this location literally days ago. Explaining that we (Myself & My wife) switched over frozen AT&T and were told not once not twice but over 4 times that since we had separated lines and accounts we could merge them. By far the best Verizon store and experience I’ve had! This location provides the best customer service and support. The staff and management is outstanding and I highly recommend. I’ve had Verizon since 2005 and the Hodgkins store is my #1 of them all.
Huge shout out to the Hodgkins Verizon! They went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with my service. I don’t know what I would’ve done! Thanks so much!
