Can’t get anyone from the store on the phone so maybe they’ll see here. I ordered my mom a phone and added her to my plan. I requested specifically that the reps help her set it up. Nope. They told her to set it up at home instead of helping her. I’m 700 miles away so nothing I can do. I’ve been on the phone all weekend with Verizon back and forth. Ruined my weekend.
