I would give negative stars. After 14 years of being a customer I can't believe I even have to write this. So my partner and I were talking about our upgrades that we have just done and she is not too happy with what her choice was an iPhone Pro Max 17 after seeing me with my Z Fold7. so we talked with customer support on my Verizon app we were informed that the 30-day to return can be waived but I'd have to go in store so I called the store to clarify and they reiterated that after 30 days they can't do anything I understan... read more
