yikes. They don’t know what they are talking about at all. I’ve been to this store 5 times this week and just found out what I’m paying a month for my trade in and phone bill. Previously $40 a month and it’s now 100. Terrible customer service. This is BS
Place is a sham. Old dude handed my fiance a broken phone(that he uses for work. Maintenance orders, tasks, clock in, clock out,etc). Went up to this location and it seems no one really knows how to do their jobs. Told him to go to ubreakifix to see if it was fixable(you guys know its not fixable, its dying at 80, the volume has a mind of its own, doesnt stay on unless its on the charger and the battery life plummets when not on charge) after trying to pull the “do you charge it overnight, do you go into the shower with it” ... read more
Stay clear of this location. If your phone is broken, expect to spend days back and forth between the store, Asurion, and customer service via phone. No clear communication exists between the three and they are more concerned about selling additional products, versus resolving the actual issue. Additionally, they took my debit card to the back of the store which I found really strange.
