Stay clear of this location. If your phone is broken, expect to spend days back and forth between the store, Asurion, and customer service via phone. No clear communication exists between the three and they are more concerned about selling additional products, versus resolving the actual issue. I was a loyal customer for 5 years my bill kept going up, and they couldn’t explain then when I got feed up with them I switch to AT&T Verizon double charged me, and refused to refund me after three other billing employees told me they would, and keep an eye for my refund but it never happened so if you liked being lied and, paying for insurance that covers nothing go with Verizon!!!
Had a huge run around with my old carrier. They dealt with the other companies giving me a run around. They were direct with them and helpful with us. Absolutely amazing service, they made everything as streamlined as possible.
Clueless support! Daughter went in for phone issue and was told phone is out of warranty even though we pay monthly for an extended warranty. Ridiculous!!!
Couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the phone multiple times throughout the day. Seems like they don’t want to answer their phones.
