Went in and was just given a number to call instead of actually being helped.
Awful customer service, have a SIM card issue for a brand new phone. They refused to give us a new SIM to try and resolve the issue, just gave us an 800 number. Insisted a new SIM card wouldn’t make a difference because it’s electronic, which is not how the technology works. There were no customers in the store, the transaction would’ve taken all of 3 minutes, and now we have to go and find a store that will actually help us. Thanks for nothing.
