We transferred service from AT&T to Verizon at the Waynesboror location. There was an issue with the transfer due to an incorrect account number. We called Waynesboro to see if they could correct the issue and the CSR said he couldn't do anything that we would have to call customer service. We called and spoke with Greg at the Laurel location twice and he went out of his way to help us. The absolute best customer service over the phone from any company I've ever delt with.
