We bought a Applewatch with cell service with its own cell number and then later tried to add a smart phone later with a different ported number (which we bought through Verizon online). We had a lot of trouble getting the watch to keep working with cell service after pairing it to the phone. Not the best customer service at all basically called me a liar when I bought a iPad Pro for my wife waited two weeks to open it up and set it up and the screen was cracked took it back to the store. They said I did it come to find out they should’ve opened the box and set it up for me Then placed it back in the box now they telling me I have to pay $100 and do an insurance claim horrible managers don’t know what to do had to call another manager.
