Wait times are ridiculous!!!! Customer service on the business side is horrible.
Not what use to be. Was a pain to return a phone that I didn't like after having it less than a week and knew I had 30 days to decide. They questioned me about every reason I didn't like the phone and made me feel less than. About done w verizon for good!
Absolute worst store I’ve ever went to. The customer service is horrible. They don’t care to help you unless they’re making a sale. Avoid this store at all costs.
