Came to this store to switch from att to Verizon. Verizon promised they would pay off our phones from att to switch to them. Been talking to costumer service for months now with no resolution and they still haven’t payed off of our phones. Costumer service is terrible and they did bait and switch on us. Now we have a HUGE bill from att that Verizon promised to pay and we don’t know how we’re going to pay it. Absolutely horrible. We feel so cheated. If I could give no stars I would. We would like to acknowledge RJ at the Lancaster, Ohio store. We received the best service that we have ever received. He was very professional, knowledgeable, attentive, pointed out ways to lower our bill and showed empathy. We definitely didn't feel like just a number. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible staff. I don’t know how much they pay them but it’s too much. Do not purchase from this store. The fact that it’s one of Verizon’s primary stores is an insult to the brand. Drive miles far and wide to avoid the crooks at this establishment. I was so nervous going here trying to get assistance due to the fact the account is in my In-laws names & they are in NC. But RJ & his boss man went Above & Beyond to help us get my phone problems resolved! I wanted to say if you’re having to get help with your phones/tablets or even if u need accessories don’t hesitate go here. My replacement phone was delivered the next day.
