For the second time, my cat chewed through the wire to my internet box (I have since bought a cord protector, which is doing its job!). I had to go to several Verizon stores to get a new box, but the employees at each store (Canal Winchester, Lancaster, Reynoldsburg) were very courteous and helpful. And I wasn't charged for a new box! I've been a Verizon customer for 12 years.
