I went into verizon on Saturday, April 11th due to my phone being broken on Tuesday. When I walked in Heath Brown met me at the door with a smile on his face, he proceeded to listen to everything that I had to tell him that was wrong. He & his boss (Lance Shaw) then went ABOVE & BEYOND to not only help me, but also helped my family get the NICEST phones on the cheapest family plan. Excellent service. Had to drive up to Verizon store in Lancaster after experiencing major problems with the Athens Verizon stores inability to return a phone. The Lancaster store fixed in 1 trip what the Athens store couldn't fix in 4 trips. Will be driving an hour to the Lancaster store for my Verizon needs instead of wasting hours dealing with the Athens store.
