I called the Sherman, TX location six times and never got an answer. Because of that, I had to go in person to pay off a phone so I could sell it. When I arrived, I was told they could not accept a split payment between cash and a card. That was already frustrating, but I agreed and told them to charge the full amount to my card. This is a long overdue thank you for John at Sherman, TX store. I lived in Sherman area for 27 years and my first and only cell phone was with Verizon. I knew John as the Schwanns man and was very pleased to see him at Verizon. John has a dynamic personality and ALWAYS made things happen. No was not in his vocabulary. I moved back to Oklahoma in 2018 and a strong signal was not to happen with Verizon as I live in tge country. I am in the Verizon store in Sherman Texas. I purchased a New iPhone and Tammy made the Experience exceptional. She assisted me and finding what phone would Work with my Omnipod insulin device. And my CGM. She was very patient and Helpful with our technical disadvantages. Verizon is very fortunate to have her. I would give her 10 stars if it was possible.
Was an awesome experience. Explained everything and saved us some money on the bill
