Been with Verizon over 8 years. I purchased my new phone out right. 1600 plus. Selected the Free 75" TV offer. I have been trying for over 2 weeks now. The store failed to submit the necessary email to Redeem the offer. I have 2 days left. Necessary tickets have been submitted last week and thus week. I Am STILL waiting for the redemption email to come to me. Store mngr us NOT contacting me with an update. I've reached out by Voicemail, email, text. Nothing. Bad service. I was there before 4 other ppl and they got called before me. The manager even told me twice I was next. But still others got called before me. Was there for 90 minutes for something that maybe took 5 minutes.
This Verizon is small, and the Verizon employees you can not tell them apart from the customers! The location in Prosper is clean, and the employees you can definitely tell them apart! They look sharp and ready to assist and very welcoming into the store. This location says nothing to you accept you having to stand in a line. I will never go back to this location
