Had to get a new phone and change carriers. Hunter helped me exceptionally well and with patience even after I asked a million questions. I was able to switch over easily even if the system was being a little funny. Would see her again for any of my Verizon needs.
Verizon sucks
If you want 10 years of pictures deleted before your new phone is set up, this is your place. Then want to act like it’s my fault for them not listening for their incompetence. Have been able to transfer those pictures from 3 different iphones without any issues.
I stopped by earlier today to inquire about cell phone specials. I was promptly greeted by Tammy, who was an absolute doll. She provided me with a vast amount of information, so that I can make an informed decision and feel confident in my purchase. If you're looking for new service or are interested in upgrading to a new phone, make sure to stop by and ask for Tammy, who will provide you with excellent and honest customer service.
Our experience at this particular store was a classic and frustrating example of bait and switch. The salesperson, in my opinion was purposely speaking fast and dancing around my questions about the plan. When I asked questions about the price of the plan she started talking about Netflix and other streaming services, or changing my phone insurance plan. The "Deal" was sent to me by Verizon via text message that said we would get $1295.00 toward a new Galaxy 26 Ultra if we traded in a "select phone, in any condition" and wen... read more
