Was told I was on the wait list and it would be 50 minutes. No problem. Never received a message, went back in and was told they sent me messages and I was off the list. They did offer to waste another 50 minutes of my time. I have bought multiple phones and watches at this location but will not be purchasing here in the future
I was treated so kindly. I’m slow at age 73 to get changes done. Thomas Kennedy and Christopher Villalobos were the best. So patient with me. Thank you so much.💕🌸
Thomas took such great care of me. I got a new iphone 17 and he had to transfer all my data from my old iphone. My old iphone had a swollen battery so it kept shutting down, but he got it done for me. Thomas is very patient. He deserves a raise!!!
Love this store. They handle everything right the first time. Aren’t afraid to get on the phone and take the time to do it right. Thomas and Axel have me sold for Verizon!
