i don’t know what it is about verizon customer service, but for some reason i always feel like i am ALWAYS intruding rather than being helped… like what they are paid to do. walked in and was immediately met with sighs and complete disregard. the guy then told me, after me sitting there for a while, that i can’t even buy a phone in store if i don’t upgrade my plan (i don’t believe that for a second as i went to another store with better attitudes and was able to get it done). what is the point of having a store if your emplo... read more
I was in this store for a grand total of 3 minutes. I walked in to get more details about separating my phone line from my family and was immediately given a customer service phone number and dismissed. This was massively disrespectful. The representative wouldn’t even look me in the eye and acted like I was made of grime when I offered my hand for a shake. Never going here again.
