I was greeted immediately once I walked into the store. John and Andrew was fantastic answering all my questions regarding service,, Different kind of phones along with breaking down bill payments
Went into this store twice for help on transferring me and my wife’s phones to our own plan. Both times the employees and managers showed no interest in wanting to help even after I expressed frustration. Extremely lazy staff. I went to AT&T down the street and was helped immediately with no issues. I would suggest visiting another Verizon store or going to a different provider.
Just stopped by Verizon for the 2nd time to get additional information on a certain setting. Alex Horner was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! She definitely went the extra mile!
Worst experience ever. Went i! just to upgrade my phone, and sat there for almost an hour with the sales rep going back and forth talking to the manager. Every time the sales rep came out, they had no phone, and would try to sell you coverage plans, tv plans, etc. I ended up walking out. They usually have an iPad with them doing the stuff they need to do. This sales rep had no iPad, and kept walking back to the back to speak to the manager. I felt like I was buying a car. The Colerain Verizon is way better!
Andrew was the manager was amazing great service.
