We tried to switch two phone lines. They told us we need to do that over the phone, but we were already in the store. This was disappointing.

*The rating is directly related to the people that worked at this specific location. They were all helpful and seemed to care ... I've been dealing with AT&T and Verizon for almost a month now. I got a new Verizon account and wanted to add my mom on my bill. Simple and easy fix, right? Nope. Great experience with staff. Miles and Koh (sorry if I miss spelled your names lol) were very polite in helping me switch lines. I tried to do it online at home like a normal person would but customer care was annoying and robotic. However my experience in person was efficient, kind, and worth going. I entered a contract with Verizon at this location, opening new lines to receive the iPhone 17. Since joining Verizon just 2-3 weeks ago, there have been constant issues. I did not want to write a bad review, and I have been incredibly patient through this, but writing a review seems to be the only way I will receive any help at this point.
