I've been with Verizon for years. I've had to stop in a lot of stores. The young lady helped me switch my iPad. It's a great store

this is the worst store that I ever visit dealing with the store manager, Alan Moreno customer just came over to (Verizon) I left Spectrum mobile to come to Verizon went to the store yesterday to get my service activated. The manager Alan told me that my phone will be on by 10:00 PM. I didn’t have any service at all until now to this day, I still do not have any service on my phone.
