The customer service is horrible unprofessional they need to be retrained they don’t even deserve a star.
Literally says “less busy than usual” I walked in to pick up an order that I placed at a Mansfield store. I was asked to sign in and I said “i just have a pick up and the Mansfield store said they would call you and it would be ready by the time I get here”. White man rolled his eyes and looked at his coworker, coworker starts laughing and they both rolled their eyes at me as if I was inconveniencing them. So why have a pick up option if you don’t want to fulfill pick up orders?
just make sure you ready to pay extra fees. phone bill don't stay the same they money hungry. stay w Tmobile. literally signed my life over
Took 4 steps into the store and was greeted. Started telling the employee the problem with my phone that I've had for 7 months, 3 of which I've had problems. He told me it was a screen problem. It's not. He told me to use Google and rushed me out the door. This is the 2nd Verizon store that I'll never enter again. I've used Verizon for over 20 years, but will probably change providers now.
