Never buy a phone through this store or sign up for Verizon through it. They always use the same script of no fees besides activation then when you get your first phone bill there will be many fees besides activation they do not disclose.
Really bad customer service … had an issue with connection fees was told by customer to come in a”Corporate store” waited over 20 mins to get attended even though some employees were on laptops , Verizon charged a disconnection fee even though I didn’t have service or number never ported over was told to “ despute” the charges with my bank that Verizon couldn’t do anything … the manager couldn’t even come out the office to even help me out …. You wasted my time for an hour and didn't pay attention to me.Mal servicio 👎🏻
The service was excellent on Thursday. Not so much on Friday, we stood in the store for 10 mins. and the 2 gentlemen working never said a word to us. They were with customers, but not one word. We finally left and all we needed to do turn in a phone. FYI a hello be with you in a minute or 30 minutes is better than no acknowledgment at all.
