This store got the worst customer service ever . I’m been with Verizon for 5 years And they manger told me AT&T cross street! And there’s a lot things to add but don’t go with Verizon for two reasons 1. Worst customer service ever 2.they add at least 100$ to your bill without you knowing what is it for my bill increased 200$ and I don’t know why it’s like fraud . Trust me it’s not worth the headache and worst thing from them I promise any company better than them .
I have been with Verizon for 15 hrs , they offered me a free picture calendar but I had to pay for shipping. I left verizon recently because I called and asked if I can get a better price bc I had 4 phones , iPad , tablet , and home wifi , their response was we are the best and you have all the available credits or discounts that is available. Store refused to do an exchange of my iPhone, even though it was within the 30 day window and the box was unopened. Even our office’s Verizon account representative told me an exchange could be done in store. After reading other reviews, it seems that the exchange was declined because it would affect their sales figures. The store should adhere to the corporate policies.
