The customer service solved all my problems and noticed I had a month of free internet.
Guy lied about the phone bill said the add ons were free “manger special” which they weren’t bill has went up every month last 3 months we have had them and they didn’t pay off the old phones from old company like they said
We went to the Verizon location on Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge, LA. We needed to trade in a cell phone after we bought a new iPhone out of state. Sarah went out of her way and beyond to help us with the trade in even when she had nothing to gain from it. We really appreciated it her help, she was very professional and knowledgeable. She definitely should be a manager. We will definitely be back to this location.
