I had a great experience working with Jon again. He has migrated between stores but this new store works better for me geographically. He is always corgial and knowledgable and efficient which may be the best part of working with him. I won't be cliche and suggest a raise but I will say personally and for my family that he's the gentleman we would enjoy to continue to work with.

Horrible customer service. We came over to transfer one of the lines in the family plan to my daughter so she could keep the same phone number. This cannot be done at the store. However, we requested assistance because when I tried to switch my account I was left without a phone and no access to emails and accounts for days not to add traveling without a phone, which is very unsafe. I went in to upgrade my phone and to upgrade my daughter‘s phone about two weeks ago. My daughter‘s phone screen was just in bad shape and I wanted to get her a phone that she could actually use for the new school year. It was really busy, but Tessa made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. She got me the best deal for my daughter and myself and made the entire process seamless.
