I went in to upgrade my phone and to upgrade my daughter‘s phone about two weeks ago. My daughter‘s phone screen was just in bad shape and I wanted to get her a phone that she could actually use for the new school year. It was really busy, but Tessa made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. She got me the best deal for my daughter and myself and made the entire process seamless. Matt was extremely helpful with our new Galaxy s25+ phones. We were having sim card issues and he had us in and out with working phones in a matter of minutes. Go see Matt!
I went into the store Sunday @ 4pm, it closed at 5. I picked up my new phone, and asked for assistance with transferring things over, and I was told “we close soon, there may not be enough time”. He didn’t try to assist me, just making sure he got done on time. Could have at least told me that the new phone’s didn’t come with a charging block, and attempt to make a sale.
