The first employee, a female, was rude and unprofessional and could have shown at least a small smile. I immediately requested another staff member, who was polite and helpful. Management should address this behavior.My acquaintances avoided even stepping into this female employee’s Verizon office in Homestead”

I had a wonderful experience at this store. All the employees were helpful but Anthony went above and beyond. He helped me switch my service & phone from another provider and made the whole process incredibly easy. He was patient, honest, and helped me with multiple phone & billing questions. Thank you Anthony for the 10 star service!!

Condescending, lazy, and rude employee & manager. Plus they didn't complete our activation of a new line, which is what we came in for. They couldn't even admit that they didn't do their job either and proceeded to be even more rude. Don't go here if you need something to be accomplished. You will leave having to call Verizon or go to another store.
