I went into the store Sunday @ 4pm, it closed at 5. I picked up my new phone, and asked for assistance with transferring things over, and I was told “we close soon, there may not be enough time”. He didn’t try to assist me, just making sure he got done on time. Could have at least told me that the new phone’s didn’t come with a charging block, and attempt to make a sale. Went it on Sunday morning. The store was empty. Asked to have my husbands service transferred off of his family’s plan over to mine and to upgrade his phone while we were there. We were told that they were not able to help in store and the only way to transfer service was to call a Verizon service number and that we could come back to the store after we called to upgrade his phone. Great example of lazy employees. Do better.

Horrible experience at this store. I placed an order for express pickup and specifically confirmed that I would be able to pick up after hours. When I went to pick up I was told there was no order available for pickup. I stood outside in the snow for over an hour trying to troubleshoot on the app and the locker interface. I called customer service and they keep directing me to the app and hanging up on me. The live chat agent told me my order has already been picked up even though the locker never opened.
