The Website and online hours shows open until 8PM. I work until 7Pm and had to rush to get there. The representative working the evening shift saw me pull in at 7:30 locked the door and just keep shaking his head when I tried to open the door. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and the poor service lately is going to make me switch to another company. Do not under any circumstance use this location it’s the worst one and there are others in town who have good representatives.
I visited the Verizon corporate location in Mentor, Ohio, after porting my numbers to T-Mobile. Despite having completed the port and disabling number locks, the staff insisted the devices weren’t locked, even though the phones clearly showed a carrier lock. The representatives were unhelpful, dismissive, and used irrelevant metaphors rather than addressing the real issue. Got a Pelican Voyager clear for my Samsung S24 Ultra. While the box states Lifetime Guarantee and “Military Grade Drop Protection” this evidently doesn’t apply to the chintzy holster/stand with swiveling belt clip. I broke the first one within a week. They wouldn’t acknowledge or replace the defective workmanship after that. Big Red, still the best Signal in the area but don’t believe the propaganda on their accessory boxes!
