I was a previous Verizon customer never had issues. I changed carriers for a few years with no issues, now I’m back at Verizon again and this is the worst service ever! It’s absolutely horrendous. My calls get dropped. I have no data service. I’ve been on the phone with Verizon for at least eight hours troubleshooting with no results they won’t come out and say their service sucks. It sucks. It sucks. It sucks. I am switching back to previous carrier.

The Website and online hours shows open until 8PM. I work until 7Pm and had to rush to get there. The representative working the evening shift saw me pull in at 7:30 locked the door and just keep shaking his head when I tried to open the door. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and the poor service lately is going to make me switch to another company. Do not under any circumstance use this location it’s the worst one and there are others in town who have good representatives.
I visited the Verizon corporate location in Mentor, Ohio, after porting my numbers to T-Mobile. Despite having completed the port and disabling number locks, the staff insisted the devices weren’t locked, even though the phones clearly showed a carrier lock. The representatives were unhelpful, dismissive, and used irrelevant metaphors rather than addressing the real issue.
