I've used this location for years. Im done. My phone is saying its not registered on a network. I attempted to troubleshoot online, via the app and on the phone but the horrible ai had me reset settings that shut my phone off and had to start over. The ai tried to have me on hold for a rep and then hung up on me. I have a virtual Sim associated with my phone thats working as well as my tablet. So I hop in the truck and head to this store. Can't really say AS THEY DO NOT ANDWER PHONE however it transfers to Verizon automated AI AND THAT DAMN THING COULDNT UNDERSTAND A 5 DIGIT AREA CODE. I HAD TO IS 0 100 TIMES TO SHUT IT UP AND GET A HUMAN THAT HUMAN WAS AS GOOD AS THE AI. I ENDED UP HANGING UP AND CALLED THE STORE AGAIN STILL NO ANSWER. SO THAT IS ALL I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT VERIZON I AM FORCED TO ASSUME THE SEVICE IS AS SHADY AS THE AI AND PERSON I HUNG UP ON TO SAVE MY BRAIN FROM POPPING WITH THE IGNORANCE I WAS FORCED TO DEAL WITH.
Asked salesman who was checking me out to put on screen protector and case I was purchasing. He told me no after I was told they would. I left store without purchasing any items because of this employee’s rudeness.
Was on the phone with Verizon for over 30 minutes trying to fix an eSIM issue. Went into the Verizon store in Lake City and Melissa was able to figure it out quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
