Completely unsatisfactory customer service. You should avoid this company if you can. They’ve over billed me when I disconnected service. I’ve spoken to them 4 times. Each has promised a fix. Two quoted me a revised bill. Nothing has changed. Each time I call it’s like they’ve never heard from me before. Can’t talk to them anymore without losing my temper. Looking for some way to get their attention.
