So about a year ago or so I went to this Verizon to get a phone added to my plan and there was a deal Verizon told me about on the phone plus another Verizon told me also. Well the Manager refused to help me with the deal. Had an issue with my bill and they was absolutely no help.both representatives got up and walked away when they got customer service on the phone
Had insurance on my phone and they told me to carry it here to see if it qualified to be replaced. The worker said Yes it did but never tagged the approval remark while in my account. So once I returned it and was shipped the replacement I was charged over $800 on my account because it was not a covered replacement.
