I visited the Verizon store in Town Center today 12/26/2025. I asked to compare the new Apple watch series 11 and the Ultra 3. I was told that I could only look at the locked display to make my decision. I asked for them to open the display so I could place it on my wrist to see how it looks. I was told that it would take them 10 minutes to unlock the display, and that was not going to happen. I asked for the manager, and he said the same thing.
