Instead they created me a whole new account that I was unaware of until 2 weeks ago when I tried to upgrade my phone. They told me I had a balance of 906$ on the previous phone I had returned. we had a wonderful experience here. i needed to get switched onto my boyfriends plan from att. the lady who helped us was amazing, she answered all of our questions, helped me pick out a case and held the door for us on our way out! and my bill went down $110 just by switching! will recommend all my friends to go see them over at town center and will absolutely be back!
