The customer service here needs improvement. I don't know if the sales associates have an insufficient knowledge base or just inexperienced, but they spend entirely to long with individual customers. I also saw two sales associates helping one customer while a group of customers were still waiting. I never seen an establishment ran so inefficient in my entire life. Drove to the store after calling 10+ times. Staff was nice and professional once I arrived but someone needs to answer the phone.

wow! ..I wish everyone was as wonderful and as kind as well as knowledgeable as Cynthia..She has gone above and beyond to explain different options and plans…she has a very calming nature..explains everything in detail so I could understand my options..and she likes my dog cooperate needs to acknowledge Cynthia and her outstanding customer service..thank you !!! She was amazing 🤩 and makes me want to stay with Verizon!!!
They wre not helpful. Went to upgrade my fios internet. They told that they do not process that there even though they have the big fios internet sign in front of store. They took info from me promissing that a sales person will call. Still waiting.
