Cynthia had the worst attitude ever. I have never had such terrible customer service. She literally rolled her eyes in my face which was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I have 7 lines with them. Now I am debating in changing carriers. I can’t believe this terrible customer service.
I came in to drop off my old phones - the new ones I didn't even buy from this store. Anthony was great and showed me that the phones had not been cleared and reset. Was very patient walking me through all three phones in how to clear the information even though I didn't get the new phones from him. Appreciate it.
Was sent to this store by a Verizon agent for a temporary mobile hotspot while waiting for my home FIOS to be repaired. Instead of trying to look up my account and help me the store employee simply dismissed me and said they couldn’t help. He even walked away mid conversation! (If I had been yelling or ugly to him, I would understand why someone would walk away, but that wasn’t the case.)
