My wait time was less than 30 minutes. Mizani helped me get rid of all if the fake pop ups that were caused by the so called clean up broom. It was a big mess that covered up a lot of my apps on my phone. He deleted them and my phone was back to my oringinal set up.

In addition to praising Jaden to David the store manager, I felt the need for everyone to know of his exceptional traits. I told Jaden We are an older couple with cognitive deficits. I presented him with bank statements for a review of charges as we have been happy Verizon customer for decades. Had issues with new 17 pro that was purchased at another location a few days prior and could not get it resolved at that store after trying for 1 1/2 hours. I Googled best corporate store to fix issues and sent me to 7720 W Broad store where their staff had me fixed and running in no time. Best Verizon store I’ve been to.

Very long (1,5 hrs) wait times and apathetic, dismissive staff. Had to come three times to upgrade phone. Not bc of issues on our end, just no one to help. Disinterested staff with inconsistent info.

Sloppily dressed, unprofessional and rude associates who clearly have a store manager who allows this. Three trips and each one with different associates was unsuccessful and one actually WALKED AWAY during the "fix" to help someone else and never came back to me. I went to him and said, excuse me, we weren't done and he said "what do you need"? HELLO? You were helping me...each visit rude, dismissive of customers.
