Asked to come back into the store after their system didn't correctly accept a charge. They offered no compensation for my time, then whatever change they made to my phone's eSIM caused my phone to lose service. The next representative told me he couldn't fix it and gave me a number to call instead and left me to move on to another customer.

This is the worst service ever i only went with the contract because i replaced my number they activate it (shouldve been a red flag there). first they charge you 115$ to activate the phone, which you could do somewhere else, then you pay the bill 60$ dollars, then at a deal which I talked to someone on the phone to pay 50$ (which i paid in person) have the bill then another 60$ weeks later, and then it cost 10 dollars to speak to the representative. 1/13/26 I received an iPhone 7 Plus from Verizon since my son broke his cell phone while he was in Italy in the Air Force. I told my son to mail the old phone back to me once he received the new phone download your information so I can take the old phone back to the Verizon store to get credit once I received the phone I went to the Verizon store located at 7720 W. Best customer service ever. 1. Cynthia (Michelle) was exceptionally helpful and very patient with me even though my issue was a bit of a mess. 2. She explained everything so I could understand and allowed me to be myself as I got excited that she fixed my issue. 3. I will come to this location and ask for her by name and wait for her if I have any problems or purchases in the future. 4. I love that she is bilingual. I went in for a device upgrade for one of my lines and had an extremely poor experience. From the moment we arrived, we were not welcomed professionally. The employee assisting us was openly discussing with coworkers whether they even wanted to help us and had a visibly irritated attitude. When she asked for my ID, she immediately stated that she could not access the account using the account manager’s ID and refused to even try.
