I tried to open a word document from a trusted source. Phone went totally crazy. I could only get to a couple apps. Went to this Verizon store and Ron was my hero. He did his magic and restored my phone/apps. Reps like Ron is why I have been a customer of Verizon for 25+ years. Customer service means everything to me.

Mike helped me today and the service was amazing! He was so incredibly patient and answered my thousands of questions, he got my stuff done in a timely manner and helped me work through some problems I had with my old phone. He was the most helpful person I’ve ever talked to in a phone store!!!
