Just bought a phone from Verizon and when I asked them if they can transfer my old phone info to my new phone, they said sure, but it's going to cost $30. So I just bought a new phone from you and I was charged a $40 connection fee and now you want to charge me an additional $30 to transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone?!!! I think it's time to check what the other phone carriers charge. That's not what I call good customer service!

Ran in real quick, needed accessories before I started driving to Albuquerque. Don had me squared away pretty fast. I do appreciate that !

Darius was my Verizon Technician . He is a very knowledgeable, fair and extremely efficient professional. Darius has an amazing ability to relate and communicate. My appointment made a very positive impression and was a very enjoyable experience. Customer care went well beyond my expectations. Facility is clean with plenty of parking. We worked with Darius, he was kind and patient as we worked through the best and cheapest way to make our phone plan work for our family. He helped talk through each charge on the bill calculating each section making it easier to understand; he also helped find the best phone deals.

THE ONLY NUMBER LISTED FOR THIS STORE IS A CORPORATE # THAT IS NOT ANSWERED BY THE STORE . THE CORPORATE PEOPLE CAN'T RING THE STORE. THIS IS CRAZY STUPID . ONLY THE WORST STORE WOULD NOT POST A NUMBER THAT CAN CONTACT THE STORE . You spend 10 min verifying to leave a message that is not returned. It is a Kafkaesque dystopian customer experience.
