The people at this particular location were nice however I must say I’m so absolutely freaking sick and tired of Verizon. They lie they can and then suddenly your bill was $100 more a month than it was supposed to be their stupid promotions. Have these little back doors that screw you over in the long run. I was offered an $1100 credit towards a new phone and by the time I got to the store it was magically gone.
