I took my phone in for a crack on the screen protector and the Assistant Manager Xhermie replaced the screen protector and gave me the site to register the product she so quickly and professionally installed on my cell phone.

Just bought a phone from Verizon and when I asked them if they can transfer my old phone info to my new phone, they said sure, but it's going to cost $30. So I just bought a new phone from you and I was charged a $40 connection fee and now you want to charge me an additional $30 to transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone?!!! I think it's time to check what the other phone carriers charge. That's not what I call good customer service!
