These guys are awesome! They helped us set up a new line while also taking care of an issue that had been created by another outlet. They took the time to really listen to our concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was working properly. We walked out very pleased with the service and the entire experience. Highly recommend them!

should be ZerO stars but 1 guy in there was very helpful. i wish i knew his name . it wasnt Brett tho. and if u are thinking about switching from AT&T , i wish i hadnt. just my 2cents

Great experience at the corporate Verizon store (avoid the local non corporate stores). Johnny was amazing in helping resolve a plan/account issue. His ability to multi-task, problem solve , and provide top notch customer service was very much appreciated.

Whenever I go to this store, more than any of the others, they have always been super friendly and super helpful. They helped me get the WiFi router for my plan which has worked flawlessly since I received it. These guys are great and they know what to do to help you, whatever it may be.
