Came in to set up a new watch line and left after about 30 seconds in the store. They said they had no watches despite the app showing this location having watches in stock. If the stores goal is to not add lines and to make customers leave they NAILED IT!
I would advise avoiding this location and instead consider visiting Bloomsburg or Lewisburg. My recent experience was disappointing, as the staff seemed more focused on earning commission than providing quality customer service. When I went to upgrade my phone, a representative informed me about a $30 in-store transfer fee. This fee seemed unreasonable, especially considering that for the 17 years I've been with Verizon, this service was always free. Other competitors do not charge such fees. Highly recommend this location! TJ and the manager, Chad stayed hours past close to help me transfer my cell service. They were extremely helpful and kind through the whole process. If you are looking for great customer service this is the place to go!!
