UPDATE: I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been one of the most frustrating and stressful situations I’ve ever dealt with. My parents, sister, and I switched from AT&T to Verizon and bought new phones through this store. I live in South Korea and was only on a visit home to PA when we made the switch. I specifically paid off my iPhone 17 Pro Max in full the same day because I needed it unlocked after 30 days so I could use my Korean eSIM.
