I went on the first of the month got a phone guy said if i do online payment i can switch my payment day ok so I have till the end of the month no fee. NO ON THE 22nd of that SAME MONTH I'm pissed on the 19th I asked if they can take the money out on the 3rd which it did and said there wasn't going to be a charge why do I have to pay for the next bill and late fee 124.49 you guys are lier and im taking my business elsewhere I hate your store. Hope u go bankrupt.

There were many customers waiting in line who needed assistance, but only two or three staff members were helping customers. Meanwhile, two or three other employees were standing in the corner talking instead of assisting. The service was very inefficient, and the long wait times could have been reduced if all staff members had been actively helping customers.the head company’s customer service in is way much better than customer service in the store.

The worst company u can go to! In December they usually have phone deals- back in 2020 they had a buy one phone get the other one free. The seller told me I was getting that deal and until a month later I checked and he charged me for two phones on top of the plan for both of them. Went back to them and they said I must’ve missed the deal & another person said they never heard of it. Salesmen say whatever to get $ so don’t fall for it people!! lost over 2k+ to them. I'm here to day to give a big thank to a nee friend of my that works here his name is Demetrius. Long story short I had a problem with a return I was not able to do and he helped me with every thing he went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of and from here on out he will be getting all my business that I do with verizon. Demetrius again thank you for every thing.

They locked the door in my face and hour before close, 2 people working but one on his phone couldn't be bothered to hand me my order. Terrible work ethics. Never dealing with this location again.
