The worst company u can go to! In December they usually have phone deals- back in 2020 they had a buy one phone get the other one free. The seller told me I was getting that deal and until a month later I checked and he charged me for two phones on top of the plan for both of them. Went back to them and they said I must’ve missed the deal & another person said they never heard of it. Salesmen say whatever to get $ so don’t fall for it people!! lost over 2k+ to them. I'm here to day to give a big thank to a nee friend of my that works here his name is Demetrius. Long story short I had a problem with a return I was not able to do and he helped me with every thing he went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of and from here on out he will be getting all my business that I do with verizon. Demetrius again thank you for every thing.

They locked the door in my face and hour before close, 2 people working but one on his phone couldn't be bothered to hand me my order. Terrible work ethics. Never dealing with this location again.

A great experience. I walked in with an iPhone from AT&T that I had just leased at Costco but data hadn't been transferred nor was my phone number transferred to AT&T. I did not know where to go to have that done since my old android phone was from Verizon so i decided to start with Verizon. The guy in the Verizon store priced out service for me if I switched to the newest Samsung Galaxy. Since the offer was similar to what AT&T was offering for the iPhone I went for a new android.
