October 2024 I bought a iPhone SE third edition from the Verizon store here in Crossville. For a year, I had nothing but problems with the phone and I tried to work through. Shady business practices. Lies and deception. Signed me up for things I told them not too. Sales person miss informed me to get his sale. Manager was zero help and aggressive when he spoke to me and my wife. Every month the bill would raise without your knowledge. Verizon is terrible and is stealing from all of their customers. Find a different carrier
They were so helpfully and it took an hour to get my husband number to port over and My husband or I never felt rushed they even helped entertain our two year-old
I kept going back there for a account that I had canceled back last May. And paid off the debt I owed on it. But I kept getting emails about the old account saying I still owed. What it was. I was paying off my FREE CELL PHONE. When I first joined last year I was told it was free for first time customers. I just paid the taxes on it.
