I kept going back there for a account that I had canceled back last May. And paid off the debt I owed on it. But I kept getting emails about the old account saying I still owed. What it was. I was paying off my FREE CELL PHONE. When I first joined last year I was told it was free for first time customers. I just paid the taxes on it. Update... My dad went in today and your employees were very helpful. Thank you! Someone from your store to call me. I've been trying to cap and can't get an employee from the store. I'm in Florida and my dad is in Tennessee and needs help with his phone and was treated very rudely by your employees. He is getting a replacement in the mail and needs help setting it up. I'd appreciate a phone call from management please. Thank you.
Went to the Crossville Verizon today to look into changing from an android phone to an IPhone. When approached by the "sales " girl" who had a couple of nose rings ( didn't get her name)told me in very clear terms that I wasn't " smart enough to make the switch. In her words " its a hard to understand & navigate you should stay with your phone " I assured her I was smart enough. I promptly walked out before I did something that I would regret. & I had been a Verizon customer for years ..not any more !!
Does no good to call the store just going to get stuck with AI that can help if you need a person
