Went to the Crossville Verizon today to look into changing from an android phone to an IPhone. When approached by the "sales " girl" who had a couple of nose rings ( didn't get her name)told me in very clear terms that I wasn't " smart enough to make the switch. In her words " its a hard to understand & navigate you should stay with your phone " I assured her I was smart enough. I promptly walked out before I did something that I would regret. & I had been a Verizon customer for years ..not any more !!
Does no good to call the store just going to get stuck with AI that can help if you need a person
They took terrible care of me, the two women who attend are too rude with their customer service
They do not care about their customers from my experience.
Don’t buy the iPhone 16 promax. It has a software bug that keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth devices. It’s been an issue for more than a year with no fix. I’ve wasted hours and no fix. Don’t buy it
