This store had the worst customer service I have ever seen. When we walked in the store was full and man asked my husband what his phone number was and he gave it to him. Then he wanted to know our home address, which I said no because you’re standing in the middle of the store I don’t like to give out my personal information like that. He said fine. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I don't like ppl thinking they r higher up then others. I got a new phone was told to go in to Verizon to move my esim over. I always been a manager on mine and my husband account but for some reason I was removed and didn't now until I walked in and talked to a red head big boy wish I got the name but he's one of the kind.
