Josh (last name unknown) is a manager there, he gave me a card but I misplaced it unfortunately. Josh was very helpful. He was patient w me when I arrived w a ‘dead’ phone to turn in. He pulled out a charger and gave me assurance that I was not being a nuisance or anything. Josh was extremely knowledgeable regarding my device and the process of turning in a phone. Was told to come to the store customer service by customer service. Walked in called customer back and they knew nothing. Was brushed off and told they couldn't help me. Talked on the phone and went to stores multiple times to get my account correct and get my phone activated. Poor customer service and poor performance.
My wife and went to this store and when we walked in, we were not greeted by the staff but got stared at for coming in. We had to initiate the conversation. All the managers were in the back and the staff was bad mouthing them. At this time there was 2 males and a female staff member. The female staff member worked with us. I had a horrible experience at this Verizon location. The lady I was working with became visibly frustrated with me for asking questions about wanting to create an account at Verizon. When I told her I felt like she was getting frustrated with me for asking questions- she got angry, and with major attitude told me her other customers understood her just fine so I am the one who does not understand.
